even in this video im like - JESUS CHRIST HES GONNA HIT THE EXIT SIGN lol . . . but love the interior and the cool unique stuff like the overhead light on top of the dinning table etc and that cupboard!
At this price point, it's disappointing that there is nothing really wow about this apartment. It is really just a big generic open plan box, albeit with upscale finishes, but those are pretty predictable too.
I’m super impressed. I haven’t been to the building yet but it looks like it lived up to its expectations. Not just because of the kitchen cabinet pull down, which I’ve never seen before. Ha. Nice one.
$4.4 million is a lot of money to get peek-a-boo views of the water. I would like to live in a building that is right on the waterfront with unobstructed views. I'm sure the cost would be a lot higher, but what the heck? If I could actually afford to live there, that would mean that I won the Lotto Max or 6-49 jackpot. It's fun to dream isn't it?
I totally understood and! You'd definitely want full views, guess it depends on which part the city you're looking. Anything is possible, so I'm seeing a huge jackpot in your future soon ;)
Any pool less than 25 M is more for play. I always look at the pool size that allows my daily swim of 1000 m could be done in-house. Health conscious mature folks like myself prefer to indulge in exercise that’s easy on the joints. Nice place but not for me.
If I win the lottery, I will immediately buy apartment 603. 😀I want to live there.
The common areas and amenities are incredible!
They really are high end! Such a beautiful place to live :)

@@amanlizamasha1937 That's so cool! Welcome to our channel. We hope you enjoy it! Hello from Vancouver :)
@@evexclusive Hello from Regina!
It's just a big box with very little character. It doesn't look that much different than your typical condo in terms of layout.
Does the apartment have a washing machine
Yes!!
What do the people that can afford a place like this do for a living?
It's different for each person. Sorry, I don't have a better answer. But, thanks for watching :)
"2.5 bathrooms" - can anyone explain what half a bathroom is?
Hi there! A half bath is the same as a powder bathroom. It has a sink and toilet ,but no shower or bath. Hope this helps!
