Shame it's not in the actual power station, just one of the boring glass and steel boxes crammed onto the now overcrowded site. Hope this one doesn't have the main line of the southern railway passing inches from the side as with so many other apartments on this site? Seriously, when the trains are going slowly enough you can see what residents are watching on their TV's.
I lived in this development for 4 years, 2017 to 2021. I was amongst the first people to move in when it started opening up. I love you guys, you look even more amazing than these properties!! :)
Ah thank you 😄🙌🏼
London prices are ridiculous. So you can basically buy BOTH the Knoll in Nottinghamshire and the house in Ashley Park in Walton on Thames for the same price as this and still be left with change 🤦♂️
love it so much i would love to live in that house
First view and first comment haha such great apartment tours could explore some of Kensington and Chelsea?
Nearly £10 million for 5 moderately sized bedrooms & what’s basically a giant outside hallway. Just because it’s got a view a shit brown river. London is batshit crazy, this is twice the price of The Knoll! It might be nearer 3 times since they dropped the price on The Knoll.
Love the outro👌
Excellent property.👍👍
Bloody stupid money even if I was a millionaire I ain’t paying that price. I’d rather go up north and pay less than a quarter for that!
yh but the north is grim and no one wants to live there other than the northerners themselves.
@@casey2230 disagree there are some decent parts up north like Harrogate and skipton in Yorkshire where lots of footballers etc live. Don’t get me wrong obviously London is the place to be but for the value and financial struggle it’s not worth it especially with ridiculous prices for property
amazing video! can u guys also show the main hallway please like I would love to see how's their design and lift?
It's principal bedroom (i.e. the most important), not principle bedroom...
One living room for a six bedroom home is crazy. Actually, a six bedroom apartment is crazy.
Has more of a hotel feel than an apartment
This flat looks so sad... expensive, lux but without soul
I beat my notifications 😂😭
Your definition of outdoor space is different to mine
Your so close to 200k!!!
It's an very quick appartment tour today !😭😭😥
Hello Matt and summer!! I’ve just subscribed to your channel and now I cannot stop watching your videos!! Love all your house tours!! Could you do a house tour in Shrewsbury, please? Thank you. Shropshire is my husband’s favourite county in England. He’s British and I’m Filipina (Philippines) and we are currently living in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We plan to retire in the UK in two years’ time. Keep up the good work. You two look so adorable, I love that you are both so natural and so funny at times. When I watch you, you make me miss my gorgeous boys who are all in the UK - three of them. Anyway, more power and success to you both!! ❤️
Ooops, I’m sorry about the small letter s for Summer (🥴) Love to you Summer!!❤️
Ah thank you! We have also lived in Kuala Lumpur, only for a few months but a great experience 🏙
@@TheLuxuryHomeShow how wonderful!! When was that? If you ever come back here, at least within the next two years, please let us know - would love to host you!! Just finished watching another of your house tours. Now off to bed as it’s nearly 1am here now 😄❤️
