Man wish I could move in. One thing I like about this house is what it doesn't have, large tall coniferous trees that could blow over in high winds. Yeah they look nice but you don't want them near your home.

Hi there,
Most of Canada (along the 49th parallel - close to the US border) in the summer is warm to hot 20-40 degrees so an outdoor pool is a welcomed delight. We can use it from April to Oct 1st but the summer months is when its enjoyed the most.
