Every pro controller that cost over 100 dollars should have Hall effect analog sticks. They should get the best quality for the amount they are paying for.
I know, it's pretty insane that there are so many $200 controllers that have membrane buttons and potentiometer thumbsticks. You're basically paying all that extra for a few more buttons, replaceable thumbsticks, and maybe trigger locks.
Hall effect sticks are not accurate. They use magnetic wave, so there are no physical contacts. More like wifi. For competitive fps games, potentiometer sticks are better.
Cos people arent really that into controllers.... they only watch videos like this if theyre interested in the product thats being reviewed or they plan on buying a controller........ i keep watching his video because its really entertaining

As someone with very small hands, it would be great companies had different sizes or at least advertised about it. Glad we have reviewers like you because this controller would be uncomfortable and cramp inducing
Would be really nice if you could do a snapback test on future controllers. It's really helpful to know if a controller has snapback for fighting games because it can mess up your inputs big time.

Don't make me go buy something extra to hear the exclusive speaker audio created for some PS4/PS5 games. When companies like this hear snobby gamers say that people should just buy headsets and that they don't care for haptic feedback then companies don't include those features in their products. I have an Machenike, a G4 SE and a Nova Lite, but i really find my ps4/5 (especially 4) controllers more confortable, the BEST controller ever for me would be a hall effect DS4, but this is the next best thing, as it has the PS layout, which i prefer, find it more confortable AND precise. Now, the BEST BEST would be soldering hall effect sticks on my ds4... i have 3 of them i could try...
How does a somewhat cheap and bad controller like this get 0.5% on the circularity test, while one of the best controllers, such as the Vader 3 Pro sit at like 10% ?

Well the reason I buy this for PC is the Hall Effect sticks and the twin sticks feature which no other controller can offer btw apart from one which is $200+ stock with hall effect sticks
It's really sad that a 180 dollar controller can't offer hall effect sticks, but a 48 dollar controller can. These companies have to do better by giving people better quality for what they want for their products.

I'm thinking of buying this controller specifically for ps3, as it's very hard to find anything that works on all ps3 games and is affordable, specially in Brazil. When you rate something as, say, 4/10, what's that in comparison to? What would an xbox one controller fall on that scale for reference? Just trying to understand if it's OK for ps3 compared to first party controller, not necessarily compared to more expensive and more premium ones.

Hi, i just came across your channel while hunting for a new controller, seeing your videos i see that you reaaaally know what you´re talking about, so, ive been playing fighting games for many years and been using ps3 controllers on pc, but im tired of spending money cycling through them and dealing with compatibility and stick drift issues, i would love it if you could recommend a good controller or a few that have the same separated d-pad style that ps3/ps4 has, im really unsure on where to put my money and i just wanna make a good worthwhile purchase ;-; if anybody wants to help that would be great too thanks in advance

Back buttons should be standard. No need to have the L3 and R3 buttons in thejoysticks and increase the stick life a bit more.
100 ms latency on a controller is crazy
