If you are here for the same reason I was which is you can not access the safe due to the terminal giving an error message I found the solve. You must choose to destroy the radio station to get access to the safe. If you choose to preserve the radio station it will not allow you to access it. I spent the better part of an hour trying to figure this out, so hopefully this will help someone.

For the parkour chapter i figured out that you can just throw a molotov cocktail at the door to break the barrier also you didn't mention the safe that opens when you shut off the enclave radio the safes location is directly to the left of where you shut off the radio
I wish once you unlock these specific power armors from Fallout 3, you can then buy multiple armor pieces from the Atom Cats, cause i wanted to edit different sets to add to my armory. I just waited till they had it on discount and picked it up for 350 credits instead.

I'm looking back for the best armor to use. I did the mission beforehand and looking at this you got X-02 MK 4 armor, is it based on luck stat on how good the armor is? The best I've got is plenty X-02 MK 3 from other enemies, and Hellfire MK 4.
I think it's a mix of RNG and a bit of my level as well, obviously the higher the level, the higher quality the armor will be, I recently did this on my long time playthrough and got mk4 again, she was around level 60 when I did it

yes you can, no agility needed, just running jumps are how to do it. i just did it right now. took 3 or 4 tries. your jumping from the Crates over to the train cars train then the roof
I re recorded that part like 3 or 4 times trying to get it right, fallouts jump is weird and like cuts off if you jump too late, sprint and jump earlier than you think
Yeah the "Parkour" aspect of fallout was never its strong suit! Ive gone back and hopped on to see the best way, taking a few steps back and sprinting, then jumping right at the boards laying on the ground helped me do it consistently
What gun are you shooting at the end of the quest, around 12 Minutes 48 seconds? It looks like a laser sighted M16 : ). Also can you tell me where or how to get it?
Its the New Vegas Service Rifle mod made by the guys over at the F4NV team, it just gets added to the level list of potential items that enemies can have, and there's a quest along with it to hunt down some legendary version! its on the nexus, not 100% sure if its on the console mod downloader! hope that helps

MostlyJovial so if you jump to 5:45 in the video you’ll see how once you have the password you just instantly gain access to the holotape, no hacking or anything, once in you gain access to what’s on the holotape and you can move on!:) hope that helps!
if you have a mod that adjusts your height in any way then you need to uninstall that, that seems to be the main issue people are having, if not that then it must be another mod
as far as i know you dont have to be a certain level, you have to have all right right song data from the other terminals, if you activated the radio and it didnt open you either dont have the right steps taken or its bugged, if youre on PC you can us the console command "TCL" to noclip through the door
I know a few of these fights can be rough, I'd say around that lvl 20 mark would be good, strong enough to not die but weak enough that you'll walk away with a good upgrade

I honestly didnt compare it this to any other armor, i think it looks better if that helps!

Destroying the broadcast opens the door to the room with the power armor, the terminal Inside that room opens a safe in the wall behind the power armor
So I finally figured it out if you have a mod that makes your player taller, disable it and I promise it will work. if you dont I'm sorry that I couldnt help
it is quite tricky, i dont know if youre on console or pc, but on pc if you pre the ` key and do "TCL" you can noclip through the door of the warehouse, if on console its just going to be a good running start and jump earlier than you think you need to
It should be in the Pack of Cigs on the wall, it mightve been pushed around or even into the wall. You can hack the holotape as well if you cant get the password
@@IronStandingBearGaming nah I just researched and discovered that if your game runs past 60 fps your jumps get messed up for some reason so I used the Nvidia app to force cap it
the first tower? because I got tripped up too after you press extend satellite you have to leave the terminal and wait for it to extend then hop back in the terminal to upload the tape
Yeah Sorry about that, I even mention in the video i forgot to grab a recording of the location on the map, this was the first youtube video i ever made years ago now and was still in the learning process, still am honestly! i can tell you that the exact location of this tower is smack in between Fairline hill Estates and Big John's Salvage in the southern part of the map, if you go straight straight south from Diamond city, you should hit the Estates! hope this helps get you to the tower!

if you find the holotape in your inventor you can actually just hack it and bypass the whole cigarette paper

If you cannot beat the enclave member with Hellfire Mk.IV armor, use a nuka grenade and a fragmentation grenade which will be enough to kill him
This enemy only appears during the ambush on the police rationing site

I've had the quest but didnt know what the quest was and I have like 20 quest so its annoying
Just click off your other quests so that only "Speak of the Devil" quest is showing and you'll see the marker for it on your map.
