These videos are just so comforting and healing
I am from Southern EU, and i grew up with very sour yogurt and it is really healthy. I eat is plain when i was growing up and i cant stand non sour yogurt now. It is refreshing in summer and once you get used to it, you will be good. It is similar to kimchi, if you grew up with it, it feels normal and refreshing.

Today makes 3 months since i tried to kill myself and i realized if i had succeeded i wouldn't have s new job o love, new friends who actively check on my mental health, even a new hair color (which for me is crazy since I never dye my hair). Sometimes you really have to sit and think of the small accomplishments we make daily that we wouldn't have any other way.

The yoghurt is to help digest the potatoes (For us the Potato Part of Europe 😂) hence all the bacteria and making it sour. Kefir is even better 💛

Heyy, I am from the Czech Republic and our traditional youghurts are definitely very very sour, but we love them with some jam or something that will balance out the sourness with it's sweetness :)
So, a little trick I have for the yoghurt: use some jam that u like, just to add more flavour and sweetness, it's still healthy but better, I also like to add a banana and cinnamon :)

Nice video! With that yogurt, you could just boil some small potatoes for 35 minutes, cut them into quarters, coat with real butter, salt to taste, and then glop that yogurt on there like it's sour cream. I bet that would work. But I wouldn't buy it again. Like you, I don't like sour tasting yogurt. I get Greek yogurt from Aldi and it's always well balanced.

Go to Mexican/Latino stores for Sriracha!! Because Mexico is having a hard time with crops right now (where we get stuff to make sriracha from) they have a limited amount of chilis/peppers and so they're using the ones they do have for their hot sauces like Tapatio. So a lot of producers are only selling a limited amount to Hispanic stores. Just be respectful when entering these safe places for Latinos
