@@christygruber2283 I would assume he means a compression release engine brake, also called Jake Braking. Using an installed diesel engine mechanism to assist in slowing the truck and trailer. Many places banned their use due to some trucks with no exhaust mufflers causing noise disturbances.

@@nitinvaid89 To have background noise playing, similar to how you might use white noise. To aid with concentration, as an alternative to music. To relax and unwind, as ASMR videos often feature slow movements without many visual distractions.
