Well In Order to catch a thief you have to think like a thief.
And thats not the issue males give the SAME advice. The issue is this obsession with masculine and feminine energy and traits. The reality is stable healthy humans have a mix of both. Tell women to remove their masculine energy and telling men to remove their feminine energy. And the FEAR men have about having feminine energy is silly.
( yes man have way more masculine and females have way more feminine)

I have to become better at confronting situations. I tend to shut down. My stomach starts to spin, and I end up struggling with diarrhea. am guilty. my girlfriend gets very upset when I failed to defend her on her.
