The "nitric oxide" phrase reminds me of reading something boosting that with certain breathing techniques from the book you recommended to me, Paul. It was the James Nestor's "Breathe" book.
Also, I've gone through three serious-intent and preparation suicide attempts in my life so far, all survived of course, but the last one was somewhat serious. I jumped down from 10 meters street bridge to hard cobblestone, was supposed to be head-first, but I landed on my left side, I'm pretty sure (though I remember nothing of it consciously so far).
The result, 12+ broken bones, some of them so much that they decided to plant me some steel or such metal to keep the body intact and functional. I can walk pretty fine considering, cane is not necessary but it helps. And the internal organ damages seem to have regenerated pretty well so far. The healthcare professionals said I should had died, most people would had probably, from that, but I didn't. And the regeneration is quite something too.
But the thing is, I got two major neural pathways cut now, one in my left ankle and one in my right eye, so that I can't really control the left foot much anymore, it's range of motion has been limited degree-wise quite a bit, and it's more limp when I try to get it past the range it goes.
Also, my right eye no longer sees even sunlight, even if I stare at the sun with that eye for a while without blinking nor stopping.
So, I was wondering if you had any tips for that, for neural pathway regeneration. I know you should get a proper case history from me, but I'll tell you a bit of that too, some details.
My diet is pretty good, mostly organic, I started fasting and probably adopting it as a regular habit, at least 2-day fasts every now and then. It seems to do me quite good health-wise, I feel the sensations be like that with it.
My water is Evian and Borjomi (natural spring mineral water from Georgia), Borjomi is very salty-like compared to Evian, but still good natural, fitting taste. Evian is better but I use both.
I don't move too much, nor really exercise at all anymore. After taking your Tarot workshop I will at some point focus more on getting back to good exercises with what info you've already given (which is a load of info really) here and in your book How To Eat, Move And Be Healthy!. I do Tai Chi regularly and try to do at least once a week zone exercises for all the seven chakras.
Mentally, emotionally and spiritually I am quite healthy I think, at least much more than I used to be before. I've done my work on that front too, a lot really.
I guess that's the short of my medical history. I don't take any medications at the moment either. And, as for the tips I thought would be useful for my neural damage, the old "faith-healing" with a strong placebo effect and prayer for Quan Yin perhaps, might be one aspect to help the nerves heal and even regenerate. Diet is another, but I don't really know what foods I should focus more on for this, but I know that variety is always good with foods, as well as quality and ethical clean farming practices.
So, if you have the time to give any tips at all, or if anyone else wants to give any tips to heal broken nerves, to regenerate them, I would be truly grateful. Not that I can't live with this, I remember that a big american football player in your Living4D podcast had a serious I think nerve injury like I have, but he healed it in a way that even you said you might not had been able to help. I guess I should look that up again at some point.
    Thank you, and be well,
    Mikko Murmeli

      Hi Mikko,
      A couple tips:
      1. Neural Feedback Therapy is a means of evaluating how well integrated one's brain is. I recommend you find someone that offers this assessment and healing method and see what they find when evaluating your brain, and do the typical ten sessions to reintegrate. This could help your eye and whole nervous system and body as a whole.
      2. Lion's Mane mushrooms are famous for all the scientific research that shows how they speed neural regeneration and the development of new neural networks in the brain. Look into the work of Paul Staments. He's been on the Joe Rogan show before, FYI.
      3. Use your mind to "direct conscious intention and life force energy" to your eye and each injured part of your body while also "using that part"; see it within your mind's-eye as working perfectly and make that part of your daily work-In practice. By using the biophoton emission system of communication, you can get messages to any part of your body, and potentially create an "organizing field" which the cells of the body can use as a healing matrix and facilitate nervous system regeneration.
      4. Acupuncture by a very skilled acupuncturist can be helpful for many reasons.
      5. Setting the the inner-intention in meditation to see, feel, and experience yourself as whole and fully functional is the essential basis of all self-healing, and nothing but GOOD can come of such a daily practice.
      6. Using your body and getting adequate exercise is important to "inform the body of what you desire it to do; as far as the cells of your body are concerned, "your mind is GOD."
      Love and chi,
      Paul

Thank you for this interview. I'm keen to try this form of training now I have entered mid life and add it to your teachings which help inform my life. Thank you for adding the contraindications as I wonder if this would be suitable for my mother who is in her 70s and wishing to diminish sarcopoenia. However, following spontaneous left leg lymphoedema development (after mosquito bite on holiday - numerous professionals state nothing can be done) she could still use it on 3 limbs.
I'd like to challenge my "too good to be true" mentality!

Would this be considered bio hacking, I would like to see what this does to someone long term... We tend to jump into these unatural modalities with little to no reverence for the human body as it is.

how does the blood flow restriction relate to the CV19 virus and vaxx.... is there any risk needing to be accounted for related to blood flow restriction as these things seem to increase clotting?

      HI,
I suggest you listen to the podcast when it launches Tuesday. Its loaded with important information anyone can use. The connection you are asking about has to do with nitric oxide production.
      Love and chi,
