- Welcome to China Gold Coin, Guangzhou
This Guangzhou location has a nice selection of modern commemorative gold & silver coins and collectibles. It's located right on the Pearl River and is an authorized China Gold Coin retailer.
Clearasvodka, thanks for all the good content you've been putting up recently. Very enjoyable and informative.
It's my pleasure, Sir.

China Gold Coin Guangzhou
Hi, I’m in China also. If you have some time I’d really like to ask some specific questions regarding buying and exporting metals from PRC. What’s the best way to contact you? My VPN isn’t working on my computer and iPad app doesn’t let me PM... Can you PM on WeChat? ID: cdiggins
Very nice coins, I love those dragons.
Would love to go shopping in China with you!!
if i ever fly China Southern I will stop for a day on the way to Australia. Right now China eastern via Shanghai makes more sense.
Right. You could hit Honk Kong Coin Market on Portland St., cross over into Shenzhen or Guangzhou via shuttle bus. (Most comfortable option). Then hit up Guangzhou Coin Market, China Gold Coin locations and Shenzhen Coin Market.
how much is the price of any kind of 1 ounce gold bullion coin there in china?
Can you please advise the address of the store?
I didn't know they did bars with denominations.
Yes, they are legal tender. Government issued coins, bars and ingots are solid items to add to any collection. I quite like those fan shaded bars paired up with their 1 oz. brother in a set.
It's nothing new. Since they are coinbars they are cheaper in Europe than regular silver bars.
I should clarify that I am aware of coin bars, we have a few but I didn't know he Chinese Mint produced them.
Yes, make sure you get the Chinese mint produced lunar bars. There are other lunar bars produced by other mints, but without official government COA the numismatic factor isn't there.
Do the premiums reflect when you say "it's difficult to find?
How much do they typically move off their listed price?
The premiums are quite high, yes. But I've always said that the premiums are realized when you sell the items after appreciation. The will move off their listed price. China Gold Coin company stores won't move much to the downside, but the independent dealers will give wiggle room. I almost always argue for a much lower price to varying success.
OK Thanks...that is what I thought from my limited time inside China-Gold. I have found their pricing to be inflated.
