Coach, I know you didn't ask, but as a shooting coach myself, I have stressed that you cannot improve shooting quickly with a low heart rate. If your BPM is 170 in a game and 110 in practice, you are not training for the game. Simple drill: Run to the other end of the court and make a layup. Run back to the other end and make a three-point shot at the top of the key. Have them repeat this entire drill until they make three shots and time them. You will see they shoot the same percentage they do in a game. I have improved players shooting % by 5% in a summer simply by increasing heart rate and always being in motion just like a game.

Great drills! Only thing im noticing is a small detail. And i got this detail from Kobe. On the shot fakes, players are already placing there feet ready to move instead of placing them as they would for an actual shot. If they learn to work on small details like making a fake an actual fake, they'll have even more success in actual games and later on.
Great observation Coach. Love your attention to detail. If you liked this, or other videos you've found on the channel, see what PGC Coaching Certification could do for you by checking here: coach.pgcbasketball.com/pgc-certified/
