Medical memes or Doctor Memes are a great way to get a laugh whether or not you are part of the medical community. I think that they are incredibly relatable as you can catch the humor even as a patient. I will say that some of the memes can be dark and if taken out of context can even seem offensive BUT we need to understand that this is medical satire. Being able to laugh at ourselves and our troubles is a healthy habit to practice.
I really enjoy reacting to these memes and I know that there are millions more out there that are as funny. The reason people say it's safer than smoking is because alot of people replaced smoking with vaping. But Dr mike is right that does count when we talk about teens. But we shouldn't get rid of vape we should make it harder for kids to vape

@@dylandreisbach1986 yes kids vaping is a problem they don't understand also alot of them vape 0 nicotine so they think because it's zero nicotine it's fine but it's not youre still putting something into your lungs that doesn't belong there. That being said I vape but I also had a nasty smoking habit and I am using it to quit smoking the changes from smoking to vaping are amazing I don't cough I breath so much better, but you know what would be even better doing neither.

Very reasonably priced for a doctor or other professional who can appreciate the quality
To be fair there's usually no difference in quality between a $7 and a $40 or sometimes even a $300 shirt especially when they're all made out of the same material (many times in the same factories) @@Psilomuscimol
Bringing someone with you to an appointment addressing symptoms is also important to have an advocate, particularly if you're young and/or a minority. My doctors never believed me about the horrific nausea, abdomenal pain, and diarrhea I was having until a family member came with me and confirmed that I've been so sick they had to be in the bathroom with me and witnessed how much agony I was in and the... Result. Even with that, doctors didn't solve the problem, and I've ended up figuring it out myself, but at least they believed me, they were just baffled because all my test results were coming back clear (turned out it was connected with a bunch of wildly different symptoms that no one considered could be related and the issue wasn't in my GI tract at all)

As a Spanish speaker, Mike’s Spanish is pretty good. One thing I’ll say it’s the vaccines is vacunas not vacunes and some of that grammar and stuff was incorrect but understandable. A for effort :)

Thank you so much for the suggestion to bring a loved one, makes my feel a little less silly. I'm full adulting nowadays and I still bring a parent to some appointments. I almost died at the dentist when I was 10 because I quit breathing from the laughing gas, dentist didn't notice I was cyanotic but my RN mom did. So I can have pretty bad anxiety seeing doctors now. I forget to mention things and I often forget what the doc tells me during the appointment. It's frustrating

I'm left-handed, and at school, it is one of the most difficult and annoying things EVER. I'm always bumping arms with people, I have to be careful with writing or I have to wash my hands, and then there are scissors. It's so uncomfortable using right-hand scissors, but you just have to learn to live with it! anyways, love your videos! they always make me laugh!

most well known stores that are brands have these prices and its ok. it is gonna last for years. you can easily afford 1-2/month if your salary is average plus. no reason to pay 300-400 for a shirt just to show off. 40-50 one does the same and lasts.

The part about most things are made for right handed ppl is SO true. As a lefty I ended up learning how to do certain things with my right hand bc I didn't have a left handed option. My mom found some eventually when I was a kid but I'd already gotten so used to doing those things with my right hand, it felt so weird to try them with my left hand. like left handed scissors? no thank you. Don't get me wrong I love being a lefty and the lack of left hand friendly items doesn't really bother me, but I do get tired of smearing papers and having pen, pencil or other inks on the outside of my pinky. Not to mention if I want to start writing something on the very edge of the page, I have to either bend the front part of the book back behind the rest of it, or use a spiral. Don't even get me started on three ring binders.

7:10 as a vet tech, I dont know what clinic you've been to, but it sounds amazing 😂 I promise we have the exact same problems with people not wanting to pay. And even fewer people have pet insurance so it's all out of pocket at the time of the appointment. Can lead to some not fun conversations

Also, schools should start later since teens naturally go to bed earlier than their child selves and then get to later. Schools want us to get enough sleep, but our bodies just don't want to go to sleep earlier, so with early school start times, getting enough sleep is pretty difficult
