PCT 2021: Episode 21 // The Oregon Desert

The first handful of days in Oregon has been an absolute blast. The dense, impossibly green trees have been a welcomed sight over the hot and sunny exposed trail we had gotten accustomed to. Southern Oregon, often referred to as the Oregon desert, truly does live up to the name. The trail has been the driest we have seen since the Mojave desert in Southern California. Not too much longer now until we get to take some much deserved time off in the town of Bend with family.
