My sister Jack Russell live to 26 years old. Never ate dog food, she made her own and vitamins plus everyday.

Mine lived to 18. She was very active to around 15 years old. Even though she was blind at an early age she would still play by listening to her toys hit the ground. And she knew my house very well. On the contrary my best friend adopted a Jack Russell at 3 years old and he is very docile. Will play when he wants to but for the most part he wants affection.

From a terrier guy...I tell people that I never saw our Decker sit down until he was three, boundless energy, always wanting to do SOMETHING, and happiest if they can do it WITH you, but going to do something regardless 😉
