Anomaly - How to use Free Cam

sorry to ask but does using free camera make achievements not work? I've tried searching everywhere but i had no answer.

Achievements will work, just not the ones that don't allow you to use Debug Mode.

When you start moving the character and walking around… is there a way to keep the camera in place while you can still walk around in first person?
Or is there a mod that allows that type of functionality?
