Brenda, did you download the correct font? There are 2 free fonts on the website. One has all the standard file formats and the other is the BX format only. Double check you have "purchased" the correct file :)
Linda, the reason being is I am working on a Mac computer and am only able to install the Embrilliance software onto the Mac side of my computer. The steps are the same exact for the PC as they are for the Mac :)
