I just purchased Embrilliance Essentials. I have purchased fonts from you in the past. Can I use them as BX now or must I do something first to enable me to do so?
Help -- I have tried 6 times to drag and drop the bx file, to click on the bx file to open Embrilliance and I get a message that the file was installed, however, when I click on the "A" letter there is only the Block font in the drop down menu. HELP
I'm having the same problem. I'm assuming you figured it out since its been so long. I've just started the last couple of days and can't get anything on my embrilliance express to take. Ive bought 3 different fonts too.
I see posts but no response from JuJu. I don’t think I’ll waste my time trying to do this since they can’t take the time to respond. Sorry for you all that tried to get this to work.
If we purchase fonts and use them in Express mode....then later purchase the Essentials version, will the fonts be there or will we need to download them into that version as well?
@@sjones8194 i’m really sorry that you feel that way. One other has said the same thing. My 83 year old very hard of hearing tester just told me that she can hear it perfectly. I’m not sure what I can tell you, I am sorry that you were experiencing difficulties. This is nothing to do with customer service. I recorded the video, I can hear it clearly, and others are telling me that they can hear it clearly. What would you like for me to do? I will re-record it. Have a nice day.

They will still be there.
Do the files have be be the BX files or can I use the fonts I have downloaded in EXP?
they must be BX files

We used a microphone and it is clear on our end.
