Hello Leila, you look so pretty in pink 🌸 !! Cutting out the dairy, gluten and sugar was the best decision ! My gut feels so good without those food . But I do miss some of the high histamine foods like kimchi , avocados ,bananas , oranges … I hope one day when my skin will heal I could reintroduce those super foods into my diet again. I found that after half year being only on low histamine diet I start to miss other foods so much 😩.
Ah thank you sweet Kate! When you are well past the itchy stage and healing nicely you can on occasion try a banana or avocado. I can now 2 years later have some avocado without any side effects but this has taken me a while to get to this stage. I know we can miss certain foods but getting inventive with what we can eat is fun too.
OMG yes I did and as a histamine intolerant person it did not do well with me at all! I was recommended it from the ITSAN Facebook group. I became increasingly itchy and wondered what was wrong. My HP told me that it is pure histamine which was why I was having a bad reaction. Does it work for you?
@@Leila_Eczema it's not its my adult son He's been using it for just over 2 weeks and here is his text It's not a magic bullet but I'm feeling quite good so I'm sticking with it This may seam like faint praise , however this is actually huge ! Have you seen a change in your skin with your gut health?
Just found you on RUclips, while i was in the bathtub for 5 hrs😮😊😅❤ Thank you for sharing your experience and tips ❤
Ah bless you! Yes long bathes allows you lots of research time!
Great info vid are binders like charcoal, b.clay, apple pectin good to remove toxins?
They can but not really specific to TSW. Depends what toxins you are hoping to remove.
