OMGosh! The cupcakes 🧁 looks amazing 😻 I’ll try to bake them next week !! Thanks 😊 I also like sweet potatoes 🍠 I cook them in my rice cooker every day with rice 🍚.
Apples 🍎 are a must in my day . Usually I eat them in the morning with my oatmeal. Do you use cinnamon sometimes?

Yes! Cinnamon is great! I add it to my pancakes, muffins, oatmeal all the time. It really helps regulate your blood sugar too. Keep up the good work. Xxx

Leila, what do you think about Turkey? Is it safe meat for Eczema sufferers

Fresh organic poultry is fine. Avoid sliced smoked processes meats where possible.

hi, i was wondering how long you need to wait to be able to eat or incorporate certain foods back into your diet again?

Once you are fully healed you can slowly add foods back in. However, I tend to go back to my diet a few months of the year because of histamine issues and spring time. I remain gluten free and dairy free as much as possible. Doesn’t do anything for my gut.
