    Not me over here having IBS and major food sensitivities and chronic sinusitis triggered by most of these foods. Chickpeas are my fav and is the worst of all legumes for me, the only nuts I can eat that don’t give me random cystic acne is walnuts and pecans but they still cause gut inflammation. Too high fiber items causes me bloating, gas, and major pain. Can’t forget fermented foods… greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, hell even kimchi and saurkraut are a major no no and cause a histamine response for me and even most vegetables and fruits are problem causing. The IBS and stomach issues was passed down through 3 generations. My grandmother and I share almost identical stomach issues.. she is 80+ years old and still discovering foods she just can’t digest.

    I just discovered your videos and am so happy I did! Thank you for giving me the idea about buckwheat noodles. As an Asian with PCOS it has been difficult to find an alternative to noodles which were a staple of my diet. I'm going to download your app for recipes. Would love if you have more content and recipes on Asian recipes as most of what is available is geared more towards a western diet. Appreciate you!

    Hi Cyster! I stumbled upon your YT channel and I just want to let you know that your vids really help me a lot dealing with PCOS. I went to my OB-GYN, did some tests and transvag ultrasound as I thought I was pregnant but hell yeah I have PCOS 😅 I missed my period. I also notice that it's difficult for me to loose weight, sleep, and I have this strange facial hair which I dont have before. It's been years since I'm ignoring the signs like painful menstrual period, sweet cravings after meals, and being overweight though I've been trying low-carb diet. Im still a work in progress, we all do. Happy to share this journey with you! ♥️

      Do try Berberine and myo inositol. The first helped with my insulin resistance (which helped me lose weight) and the second helps so much with my inflammation and periods pain/ hirsutism. I used to look pregnant too! So I understand the struggle!

    Say I go dairy free and it helps... What about after I finally get pregnant? Do I stay dairy free? Do I go back to eating dairy? Supplements? Is there ways to get calcium aside from dairy? That's a big concern for me.

    • @PCOSWeightLoss
      @PCOSWeightLoss  Год назад +3

      You can start to re-introduce dairy to see if it impacts you! If it does, then that's a sign that you may want to stay dairy-free or you may learn that you can have a certain amount of dairy 💖 it's all about finding the balance that is right for you and your body!

I have been on testosterone therapy for 2 years and I have only now realised I need to change things in order to lose the weight I need to to be healthy. I need to know if it's possible for me to still go on hormone therapy, and still lose the weight by following your advice ? Or is it impossible? Please this is extremely important.
