Thought for the cabling on the steering servo. Mark what's exposed before you can tuck it into the rail. Then pull the three wires apart and wrap in a circle with duct tape. Then pull the dean's plug off the end and slide some heat shrink tubing so it looks like a lower radiator hose. Might work, might not. But just an idea I had off the top of my head. This is looking great and coming together well.
That is sick! I love rat rods and have been watching this one come together and I've gotta say you have done a fantastic job building this one! I am no where near creative enough to build something like this and really enjoy watching someone who has the talent to do so! Keep up the great work!
As usual, spectacular build, rattiest RC rat rods out there, that is one gorgeous build. Thanks for sharing. This is art. You are like my RC NETFLIX now! Keep it up!
The motor is powerful enough , it runs good , looks good , if you think it still needs something else done to it , do it , it's your design and looks great
Pretty sweet as usual! With my new job I have limited You Tube time but that just means more $$ for doing something like this. Awesome build, RCEVERYDAY is a favorite.
The only thing that I've found that'll work good for attaching brass directly to plastic/resin is epoxy. I used brass sheet for the tranny tunnel between some scale diamond plate styrene for the floor pan in my 1/24 '32 Ford Sedan, drilled holes and ran tiny clothes pins through the floor pan and the brass sheet and left the heads to look like rivets. I dipped the pins in CA glue before I dropped them into the holes and they're still attached 10 years later. Hope that helps. Great looking build man!!! Love it!!
The 2 part epoxy seems to be holding now, Im pretty sure what I have is just copper colored tin. Its a bit thinner gauge than I am use to working with as well. Love the idea on scale rivets.
you need to make more videos. So I stop stairing at my contraption . Hammer out parts instead.lol I modify my volcano PRO to 16'' wheel base. 2wd. It can do over 45 mph. It needs all terrain tires to run on pavement...otherwise it'll wear the street tires too fast or spin out.....I cant make it scale. I dont havnt enough patients.lol I have just as much fun watching you build.
you an I are on the same page. I happen to have a bunch of these slicks already. About to give this thing a Lipo upgrade as well. May have to see what motors are out there. Not sure if I can fit a brushless motor in the RC4wd v8 though
Oh yes i have a cool idea for the Winnebago. some small Led lights to go around the interia(Yellow tint) and Led lights(For the headlights and tails) to give it more scale realism. and down the line a possible RC smoke generator, but then forced through a small Pipe resembling and Exhaust, so it'll look like it has blown a gasket.
Awesome stuff Josh, this video made me smile. Regarding the radiator, maybe use some foam backing from RC4WD wheel packaging, it will be super liteweight, easy to shape and will give the illusion of a rad in the grill by blocking the light. There is radiator stickers if you get real keen. www.rcmart.com/real-radiator-decal-130x75mm65288silver65289-p-55756.html The rat looks super sweet with the tractor grill on it.
Awesome idea buddy! I do need to keep the weight down up front. I might even be able to cut some groves in the foam for effect. Ive been having a lot more fun with my videos lately.
Sweet build; it sits right, looks right, performs burn outs; perfect!
Mad science#!!! Weather everything!!
Wow, your the rat boss, Fantastic!!! I love it! Greetings from Switzerland.

Looks great! Really like the slicks on the back. 👍
Congratulations - the run went beautifully, without a hitch - and it looks tremendous.

cool rat rod
I think you should make a Rat rod- Pickup Burnout car. with front line lock, brushless motor, and a bunch of tires to kill

@@RCeveryday You might have to do some trimming of the Engine, and play hide and seek of having it going into the shell a bit

Look good car.
👍🏼 👍🏼 From France 🇫🇷
You should get a scale smoking exhaust/tail pipe
Awesome!
Badass
Check out Helios Rc for batteries, GCM uses them in their builds.
Have you tried E6000 to stick the fire wall? Great video
nice job man :-)
Only 300 views im surprised that you don't have thousands yet
Where do you get the v8 gasoline running engine from? Im very interested and want to find one to build and put together.
this is an all aluminum v8 from Rc4wd.com. the electric motor goes inside.
Where did you got that engine from it is awesome
RC4wd.com
Haha love it
How much $ for a custom build
I'm very impressed and interested
I don’t sell them. Just too much time in them. This one has $1200 in parts alone.
@@RCeveryday yeah I totally understand. Thanks for replying Sorry...
I had too ask you do great work buddy.
