Who the heck binge watches vapid Netflix movies when you can binge watch NYC CNC! Crip editing, film quality, well articulated just brilliant thank you for the high quality material on a consistent basis!
I always feel like I'm wasting my time designing custom workholding that I feels like overkill. I need to remind myself its part of the process and having a part not move saves way more time.
I was just looking back at some of your old videos and I found a series about making bullets. But you only made the projectile and not the casings. That got me thinking now that you have CNC machines you could do an updated series on making dies for both the projectile and caseing of a bullet.
You guys should figure out some way to work with Lofty Pursuits. They 're always talking about needing a smaller roller for their candy drops. That would be really interesting if you guys were able to make those.
Why are people like you showing these techniques and ideas to the world for a few likes and views on RUclips. You’ve not developed these methods, this is nothing more than plagiarism
This is showing methods (for FREE) to a wide audience. The more RUclipsrs that make videos like this, the more wealth of easily accessible information. Mr. Saunders doesn't need to make these videos but he does. We should all be grateful, regardless of if it is a method used or even made up by someone else. This is how people learn.

Stealing the hot glue method when machining off tabs. I would never have thought of that! Thanks John!
As a self taught 1 man shop I wouldn't have had the confidence to get into 5 axis Machining with out all these golden video you put out!
thanks again!
Excellent video... you really are "paying it forward"
I respect you more because you share your life experience in cnc machining, god bless you.
That PDF download system works well. Looks great. Branded QR codes! Very nice 😀
Subscribed for the Michael Scott Dinkin' Flicka reference. Great video!

These are excellent, keep them coming!
Btw the hot glue method is crazy
Tech Tip: if you went overboard with the hot glue you can just soak it in goo gone over night and blow whatever glue remains off with compressed air.
Imagine if there was a hot glue tool XD Maximum automation!
Glue gun robot arm using a cordless glue gun with a mini bar feeder for glue sticks lol
"Flopping parts look great on Instagram" LOL
Quick Reference Guide seems to be missing, Update?
