Hi, question about where to cut the flex: do you only have to cut on the black dots for purposes of making wiring connections, or do you have to always cut on the black line no matter what? In other words, if you're simply cutting the flex tubing because that is where you want the end of the piece, and you're not going to make another connection with the clips there, can you then cut it wherever you want? Or will it not light up if yo don't cut at the black dots? Thanks!
Hi, you are correct. You can cut it anywhere. But if you want it to light up then you have to cut it on the black dots. But say you make a sign and you need it to end at a spot that does not have the black dots. You can just cut it anywhere. But you will not be able connect after that cut. You are right, good luck!

Hi thanks for watching. For the bride to be I used most of the wire because I back tracked some of the letters to save time making extra connections. The wild one I had a good amount left. 16 gauge might be a little difficult as it is thicker then I used. I mostly used 20,22 and 24 gauge wire as they fit into the clips better. I would make sure to strip the wire of the rubber at the end to help make sure it fits in the clip. Not sure if it will work but maybe worth a shot. Thank you.
How do we connect a powder connector cord ( the round port) to an already cut led strip? I’m making a new sign but I don’t have the start piece that’s at the beginning of a new strip. Please help!!!
Hi, if you buy a new piece it already has it connected at the beginning. But you can connect one if you already have one of the round ports available. If not you will have to order them. They do sell the on Amazon. All you are going to do is get the two wires make sure you connecting the positive and negative wires to either a clip connector as in the video or you will have to solder the connection. I do not have a video on it. But I do believe they do have some on RUclips showing the topic. It is simple but you do want to make sure you make the right connections and seal it together. Sorry I could not be of more help and good luck.
Hi, for me it like a battery with positive and negative. So however you start the first wires you want to keep that same when connecting to the next plastic connector. So it will keep positive and negative going down the line. It does help using two different colored wires like white and red so you can keep track which one goes where. But I chose to use just white because when I used white and red last time you could kinda see the red and it bugged me. So I just used the white and knew if it was backwards then to just flip the wires and it will work. That is probably the only hard part is making sure you have a good connection with those clips. I also have another video titled "Closer look at LED Neon connectors, solderless NEON LED signs" which shows a better look at the connectors, thank you.
Before I buy the 2 pin adapters are the the ones in the link provided below the same ones you used in this video? On the picture on the Amazon listing it shows them being used for regular/old school led lights worried the neon light ones may be to think you fit

Also what’s the name of the other black piece you used to light it up?what would a customer need is that a USB cord or something? Sorry hope you understand my questions lol 😂

Is it possible for you to list which things you need for this? I see your big list but there are things on there for other projects so I'm a bit confused.
Wowww! You’re so talented. I was wondering if you could sell a custom name template for me to print. I would love to create a sign with my business name.

Hi, the neon lights I purchase have the female power pigtail already attached to the light at the beginning. You can purchase extra if you are going to re use the extra neon line left after making one sign. Because it only comes with the one attached to the line.
Really, their is no difference in the red and white wires. They are wires that are just color coated. They are simply a different color so you know which connection is positive and negative once connected. Really there is only two wires, so if you put one connection together and it doesn't light up then you know you have the negative and positive mixed and just switch them up. I did the only white to try to hide seeing the red wire easily. But you can use the Red and White if you prefer, it was just to see the difference. Thanks for watching!

Make sure you have the (LEDMO Power Supply, Transformers, LED Adapter, 12V, 5A Max, 60 Watt Max, for LED Strip) I got this one from amazon but you could use any power adapter with those specifications. Or this description as well. 2-Pin 8mm COB LED Strip to Wire Connector Unwired Clips Solderless Adapter Terminal Extension Connection for High Density LED Strip Lights 12V 24V (Pack of 10)
Great video I want to make me a sign. Two questions what is the black piece connected to the wire and how did you get that piece on the wire? Also what’s the name of the other black piece you used to light it up?what would a customer need is that a USB cord or something? Sorry hope you understand my questions lol 😂
Hi, that is the power supply. It is purchased seperate, and the other thing comes attached to the end of the LED strip. You can buy them and add them if you need extra. It is not a USB cord, it requires the 12 v power supply. Thanks for watching!
Is it possible for you to list which things you need for this? I see your big list but there are things on there for other projects so I'm a bit confused.
Hi, sorry about that. I will try to organize that a little better. It is confusing. Thank you
Nice video!
Thank you so much for the second video... Much more detailed! You did an amazing Job! 🤗
Your welcome, thank you for watching!
Wowww! You’re so talented. I was wondering if you could sell a custom name template for me to print. I would love to create a sign with my business name.
Hi thank you so much for your comment. I am hoping to add that option to our Etsy store in a month or so, just cause I have a lot of plans coming up. If you don't see it on our Etsy store soon, message me on Instagram. The links are in the description, Thank you.
May have the name of a class or workshop that teach this please?
Hi, sorry I do not know of any. Good luck
Is your parts list missing the female power pigtail?
Hi, the neon lights I purchase have the female power pigtail already attached to the light at the beginning. You can purchase extra if you are going to re use the extra neon line left after making one sign. Because it only comes with the one attached to the line.
@@MakerDecor thanks for reply!
So easily done
wow good~~👍👍👍
I need to know gow to make these please
Hi thanks for watching. I have a couple of LED videos that go more in-depth on some the topics.
Wait how the heck do the 2 white wires you cut work without needing the red?? Lol 🤔🤔
Que pegante me recomiendan gracias
superpegamento funciona con estas luces específicas.
How did you even clean off the excess glue? I appreciate the upload but I'm going to consider this as a " what not to do " video
lol, thanks for watching
Gorilla glue Are you satisfied fast and solid glue
Hi, Gorilla glue works well with some LED lights but not all. The one in the link is the one I used the most because it has always worked for me, some brands take a while to hold or its not as strong.
Bro good video but it seem you have trouble breathing
lol, yeah I have a bad deviated septum in my nose. I can't really breathe effectively through my nose or smell anything much. So I breath and talk through my mouth. So when I explain things it becomes more obvious. Because when I am talking I am not breathing. Then I take a break from talking to breath, lol. Sorry about that.
nice
Thank you!

lol, I know I have tried E6000 for a lot of projects. Never works for me and just makes a mess. I don't touch the stuff. But I have heard some people do?

Is there a such thing as a battery powered adapter for these so I don't have to plug it in?
Hi, I am not sure but I do not believe so. I am sorry. Thanks for watching!
