Well said,
I have a bitter experience with a 40% discount offer.
I have compared many quotes with a so called ( I got this co through your videos) good company’s quote and they promised additional 15% to compete with prices as per my request.
After paying 30k advance . But they provided me an updated quote with same discount.
So I requested to cancel my order if there is no additional 15% discount apart from the quote .
The so called good company refused to refund the cash and after many arguments and email communications which lost my many days and efforts received only 28k back.
While asking about the deduct they said this is for estimation cost while they promised me by message the estimate is free.
They haven’t made any site visit or 2D or 3D works.
I believe your intervention is the key reason for receiving 28k back.

Iam an NRI and I don't know about your issue but Arena interiors did my work. From my experience it is a genuine firm. Quality is good and price also reasonable. You can compare the rate with others. Before doing my home I did study majority interior firms and decided Arena. You check with Arena managers they will solve your problem. Contact Jismon there. He is a good person.
