In series, you have to let things develop. There's a reason Andor dropped 3 episodes to begin and Acolyte dropped 2. It's because of the type stories they are telling. This thing has mad potential. Qimir is way more than what they're showing. The problem with reaction channels is things are judged episode to episode. They don't write series for RUclips reactors. A series can only be judged in its entirety. Please keep that in mind.
This might be what the issue is lately with things hell people wanted to even dog the boys season 4 plus both seasons are waaaay different now that the finales are out and on rewatch you are catching allll the hints
you judge episodes to episodes. they are boring, badly written and badly paced. and many things don't make sense. its just a bad show. you don't have the privilage of oh just wait it will get good. no each episode has to stand on its own as entertaining. otherwise your show will flop. like this one did.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but arent the jedi typically supposed to be quite emotionless and not have much of a character? I mean they're the good side right, so there's no real curiosity when it comes to them as oppposed to the antagonists? That being said I disagree with you on Master Sol; I like his performance and I also like the relationship between him and Osha, I will agree that he's probably hiding something else that happened 16 years ago. I'm also very intrigued to learn more about Mae and her master, I also think Qimir knows more than he's letting on so I'm very curious about him.
So far, I'm liking it. But,I think it's the psychology major in me that is intrigued by Mae/Osha. What made them different from the exact same experience. Who is manipulating Mae? Too many shoes are in the air, and not many have fallen yet. The order has some explanation to do.
Yeah, Lucas established the Jedi as boring monks who lack personalities in the prequels. And that’s what they’ve been ever since. They’re detached, they don’t have interesting interpersonal relationships, no romance to spice things up. The Jedi are robots who do cool action sequences.
Much like the toxic part of the fanbase lately, they just hop on a hate band wagon just cus one RUclips reviewer ( who’s had a bad track record anyway and doesn’t pay attention to what he’s reviewing) says something is bad or there’s no mystery,
You said the pilot wasn't that strong...but if you use both dropped episodes as the pilot what are your thoughts then?....also i know Rekai was joking but id love to see a timberland 90s jedi cosplay, someone make that happen.
While I do enjoy the Jedi Characters a bit more than you guys, I think your criticisms are definitely valid, and I appreciate how you are giving genuine fair criticism on the show instead of complaining about fire or how “woke” the show apparently is. It shows that you really care about the content you consume 💖 ( also I agree Mae and the other antagonist ppl are the most intriguing to me right now I’m excited to see what they do! :D )
So far I really hope this is May's show as opposed to Osha. She's far more intriguing to me and I'd be pleasantly surprised if the season ended with the Dark Side coming out on top.
lmao you guys are impatient. gotta wait... also, we were told before that the jedi in this time were bland and secure in peace... I can get that from how they are acting... very bland and by the book. makes complete sense that they are boring and the sith/dark side are interesting. makes a lot of sense.
Are you serious. It's a non moving story, a boring, bland shit show. Says impatient? Come on. If the episode is slow, it's bad. I should not be bored watching.
youtube.com/@tbirdguy1 Possibly because she didn't try and case the place beforehand (Jedi might have picked something up), but once she got into his room she saw the skylight? It may be as simple as that...

Seriously though when she escaped, who else thought Ninja vanish?
The actor playing Master Sol had to learn English for this role. He is Korean.
Jedi don't have personality. Master Windu had no personality and he was played by Samuel "m.....f........" L. Jackson

I'm pretty much on the same level with you guys on this so far. I keep waiting to be dazzled. It hasn't happened yet.

@@terogates1 or maybe it's just bad. Everyone hates it because it's shit. Simple.
They have the same hairstyle except Mae’s is longer. That was the tell in the 1st ep.

THANKS for this!!!!!
I'm getting the Frozen connection now..... two sisters....one evil.. But is she really evil.
Definitely recommend you check out Russian Doll by the same for the channel. Brilliant show. The first season anyway.

So many people simp the dark side lol
Please keep reviewing the show I enjoy and look forward to your reviews each week

Why did Mae use the Skylight to leave, but not to enter? Basic logic is not in this show.

⚠️ Reminder Russia _actively_ reviewbombs Star Wars online because Star Wars is antifascist. The FBI reported it. Don't fall for Russian memes.
Let's be real, it's a terrible show. Don't use excuses like the writers do. It's just bad. Very simple.
