I love the great values of the best PQ governament that always had at heart the well being of all and they were not corrupt like the liberal who were mostly the party of the elite in the last 30 years.
The Revolution Tranquille was GREAT and you should learn how GREAT was Parizeau achievement despite the anglo canadian banker who never wanted to give him any loan so he had to get the $300 millions from NY in 1963..
But you are too uneducated to understand that Quebec has still the best social net in all America and it's one of the safest province in Canada and the one that treated it's minority the best.

...more and more i miss Mdme. Anglade. As an Administrator, i bet she can do better (could have done better) than either, and politically she had new ideas. Her proposal to have regional representation (chosen by the MNAs of the region, one adjunct from each) within her Office directly would have been in my mind a great advancement in our own understanding of our distinctions as regions and as Quebecers having distinct needs.

How come federalists bear the tag but never propose to sign the constitution? Why is the status quo deemed alright? Is this what being federalist is? Being satisfied with the province's signature absent from very document that defines the federation? It's not any law, it's the most important.
Shouldn't being a federalist politician come with the responsibility to propose to either reform the Canadian's constitution or to sign it as it is? And why does any of them are doing that?

Pourquoi y a pas des sous-titres en français pour une entrevue avec le vieux maire de Montréal et quelqu'un qui veut être le prochain premier ministre du Québec? I'm not from Quebec, but I'm a francophone from Louisiana and know a bit about Quebec politics. I especially feel, though, that considering he was the mayor of Montreal and wants to run for PM, this is an important interview for the people of Quebec to hear. Et pis la majorité de la province parle français. There's no excuse to not have this video subtitled in French.

Is it possible for Denis to change his proverbial stripes? Well, from experiencing a corrupt and turmoil-filled time where Coderre was mayor of Montréal, I am disheartened by the news that he may or he is running for the leadership of Québec's Liberal Party. At a time where we, both the French and the English speaking Québécois(e), need a leader and party which do not commit nor enable human rights violations as like the CAQ and the PQ, Denis may not be what is best to serve our diverse populace. I hope for change, yet I am preparing for a future in Québec where many hard fought for rights and freedoms are discarded by harmful, divisive, and self-serving politicians, e.g., Legault, Plamondon, etc...
