Crazy seeing the pogo stick videos! I went to Cali a few months ago and we caught Niko on the way back to the office from filiming, thank you guys so much for the years of enjoyment
@5:00 you can see that the pogo stick is chewing into the handles from the impact when it bottoms out with each bounce from all the grown men bouncing on a toy made for children. Props to Jake for being able to pogo stick on a kid-sized one. I haven't pogo'd since I was 12-13, and even that one I'd gotten my hands on from some neighbor kid took a beating from my barely pubescent self. I don't know that I could do it today without hurting myself.
Blender Dumbass I appreciate how the basics and concepts of 3D are transferable between different software, so it really doesn’t matter what program someone uses. The moment I saw the paper trails I immediately thought of Ian’s recent tutorial. Pretty awesome since it proves that the software used doesn’t matter, it’s the user :)

Then I looked at the date and saw that its a day old and thought, "WOW! That's amazing!" 500k views in 24 hours is 347 new views per minute. Then I looked at the views on this channels video and I though, "These guys have made a serious audience." I hope you guys are extremely proud of how much growth you've experienced because I am super proud of you guys. The largest stadium in America is Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor at a 102k person capacity. This video is 4.139 times that amount of people. Amazing work guys.

The slow reveal from 1 - 100 years is what made me laugh the hardest when I watched the video. It was such a little thing but it was the most successful comedic beat, imo
12:50 It looks like the paper texture isn't aligned to paper and just moving around. Maybe that's the effect of the weird blue light. But the worst was the part when camera moves up and the tension is building and on your screen you have fish eye distorted smoke effect.

Honestly, I didn't catch the first time that the skyline was so empty in the first shot, so when you panned back down the awe was lost on me how much had changed. Obviously the buildings were in decay but I couldn't recall if they were whole before or not there before. Perhaps a throw away line about how its a nice clear day with a camera pan to subtly draw attention to it beforehand would have been worthwhile. Although I could be in minority.
I Love seeing how you do stuff more than the finished products. I'm literally one of you, I just don't have *quite* the same skillsets. I want to though.
