Episode 2 Ground State, had a real X-Files type opening with the little girl electrocuting the boy. Then we see Wes demon hunting with his new gang, and Angel appears asking if he wants help. Wesley has of course done his research and tells Angel he doesn't think Cordelia is dead but in another dimension. Funny when Gunn says 'this looks so much harder than on Batman', and again a homage to Mission Impossible films ( as in the BTVS S3 Choices ) this time with the laser traps etc. Great scene when Gwen bends the laser beams.
Pretty interesting episode. I wonder if Angel was technically alive for one or two seconds! Come back, Cordelia, we need you! On the note of Gwen's zapping powers, Rogue, from X-Men (2000) isn't supposed to touch people directly, similar to Gwen.
GWEN!!! One of my favorite characters.

Wesley really is a rogue demon hunter now
Awesome reaction of my favorite episode of Angel!!!!!😊😊😊😊😊
That's the clever thing about this ep, we think Gwen's parents don't love her but they do, they just can never touch her, it's such a great misdirect.
Cool reaction as always Jen, you take care and have a nice day and most of all, cheese and rice 🥰❤️
Great reaction Jen!. I'm surprised I didn't remember this one from the title. It's a great one though and Gwen is a great character.

Another good episode!
