Check out this first time watching horror reaction video for Angel and see if I can make it as a horror TV show rookie. Horror is a genre I've barely explored, mostly because I'm a huge wuss. Typically my TV Show viewings consist of Sabrina the Teenage Witch and Worst Witch. This year I decided to expand my TV show knowledge and try and watch these horror TV Show fan favourites.

I love that even spelled with no destiny Angel still has memories of the room the villain was set up in to the point it was bothering him that he couldn't remember.

Yes, that is Andy Hallett singing! This was from IMDb "Hallett told the Cleveland Plain Dealer (April 24, 2003) that he loved singing while growing up in Osterville, Mass., but negative peer pressure made him quit. Then, at a Patti LaBelle concert, she invited him onstage to sing "Lady Marmalade" with her. When he received applause and requests for photographs, he realized that "It was really a life-changing experience.""

The Dunes was a casino on the strip. It was torn down and the land redeveloped.

Great reaction as always Jen!. I love how you go through so many emotions in every single episode. This is such an entertaining one and it was great to see Lorne get some good airtime again after so long.

This one is so fun, just purely for the singing, and other stuff! And perhaps a commentary on actual gambling? "Velvet Fog" was a nickname for Mel Torme, crooner singer. (I pretty much remember Mel Torme for cameos on Night Court, but also Seinfeld.) And of course, Angel was almost part of the Rat Pack and met Elvis. Another note: I never really thought about the fact that they were paid $300000 in cash (I don't know if that really happened) If they got paid in cash, then 6.8 metric tons of quarters.

I love this episode! Andy Hallett so much talent gone too soon! R.I.P. When someone starts watching Angel I want to shout just keep watching until the end of season 2. Because you will love 2 characters named Fred and Lorne just as much as any Buffy character. Certainly more than Xander. Lol

If ever there was an episode made for Lorne it was this. We would think he would be in his element, but in The House Always Wins, we can see it is not what it seems. The evil casino boss, manipulating the punters and keeping Lorne as a hostage slave. Great to see the gang turn up in Vegas and free Lorne. With Cordelia still up in the clouds, we are somewhat frustrated that she is not directly involved. Great to see Cordelia back in the end, but with no memory of who the gang are. A fairly decent episode, but I feel S4 of Angel was probably not the best Season, it felt somewhat disjointed. Having said that it does contain a few great stand alone episodes and one particular two parter. Still we have the brilliant S5 to come.
