This case highlights the stark contrast between the organized defendant and the seemingly indifferent plaintiff. The defendant's meticulous documentation ensured a favorable outcome. In an interview, the plaintiff admitted she had no particular thoughts, simply wishing the car would disappear because it was broken and not working. This attitude suggests she hoped to pass her problems onto someone else without consideration. If she applies this same mindset to her relationships, it raises the troubling question: would she abandon her boyfriend if he no longer 'performed' or became 'broken'?
