I watch a towing company that has their own RUclips channel. The driver records everything with a camera strapped to his chest plus multiple cameras on his truck. So easy these days!
Take that to its logical conclusion. If they take 10 or 15 pictures per vehicle you have to multiply that by how many vehicles they tow in a month. Where are they going to store all those images or videos just incase they get sued?
My father in law owned his own towing company for 40 years. Before cell phones he took pictures. Then started with the videos because everyone always wants to blame the tow truck for damage. I hope this guy now has started recording every tow his company makes.

The judge missed the damage on the other side when the bumper was hanging on the other side, When they picked up the rental in the video the bumper was not hanging. So the defendent should have paid up.
Although I agree with the above reply, the way Adrian comments on every video shows some people blame everything on race, even when there's no evidence of bigotry.
In America everything here is about race .. the Land not too long ago belonged to someone else. And it was taken from them by force.. every day on TV and media we are reminded of this Fact
@12:23 the video clearly shows the front right side bumper still in tact. That was before the tow yard correct? So that means that the tow company is guilty right? Correct me if im wrong.
It seems like a lot of people are confused about the ruling as it relates to the passenger side of the bumper. The passenger side was clearly damaged. The issue is that, as a result of the plaintiff lying about the damage to the driver side, he was no longer a credible witness as it was clear there was preexisting damage to the bumper from another accident. The plaintiff's only evidence as to the damage to the other side of the bumper was his testimony that it wasn't previously damaged. As a result of the plaintiff lying about the driver side of the bumper, he was no longer able to meet his burden to prove that any damage to the bumper was caused by the tow driver.
Gotta give the plaintiff credit. He shows up shiny as a penny, but his racist attitude tells it all. He aint go no sense if he doesn't first realize the police first has to acknowledge that he was parked illegally before assiging some nonsense blame on the tow company.
So he would really go through getting it towed and paying to get it back just to potentially get money for it to be fixed?! Nah man. That’s too much energy for that.
On the passenger side of the first vid, the bumper looks separated, but on the womans vid before the tow it does not appear to be separated. Still its fishy that he didnt mention the dent.
The tow company probably did the damage. The first video from the tow yard definitely shows the bumper separated on the passenger side that isn't in the video from the 15th. JM is fixated in a scratch on the drivers side.
Do people realize how dumb they sound when they constantly repeat themselves? "Look at this!" no less than 14 times. It makes people very hard to take seriously when they don't speak like normal adults, and they repeat themselves like spoiled children.
Wow she got this one totally wrong. The video that showed the scratch also shows the passenger side bumper was fine and had a big gap when it came out of towing how did she miss that.

The damage on two driver side is pre-existing which seemed what the tow guy put down, but passenger side bumper was pulled off attachment which was not existing before based on video.🤦♂️
It's in the towing companies best interest to take video or at least puctures of the vehicle before the tow. Many do a complete walkaround before even touching the car. The biggest vehicle owner scam is a complaint about transmission damage on 4 wheel and all wheel drive vehicles. Modern tow companies use autoloaders and dollies. The vehicle is lifted straight up and the wheels never touch the ground during the tow.
Yes but we don't know how the car was parked. It is a front wheel drive vehicle so if the rear was picked up it would damage the driveline. It is very likely the tow company damaged the right side of the bumper, it is easy to do.
@@mexicanspec The autolift doesn't come anywhere near the front end. It slides along the ground under the front end and lifts the wheels. The way it is parked in irrelevant. The put the dollies under the tires before the car is moved.

I love how Douglas was there to make sure she didn't fall again! Good job, Douglas!
Her voice annoying af I can’t even watch and it’s crazy bc I binge watch ppls court .. this episode she seems a lot more hostile and snappy
Racism
Plaintiff was scamming hard. He know he damaged that car n knew exactly what to film when they brought the car out. Guarantee he telling everybody the judge is racist and thats why he lost
Oh yeah
Yeah he was already yelling about damage before they got the car pulled into view.
@@amandadonaldson8748 I noticed the same thing. He was saying oh hell no before we could even see the damage...Most people would be in front of the car filming and making a rotation around the car after it was pulled out. He just happened to be recording at the spot to see the damage? And why would he be recording before seeing it? He could have just as easily made a walk around and then recorded if there was damage. I don't assume damage before it gets there. But I will do a walk around after it is pulled out, even for auto repairs
Scamming that man is a millionaire so why would he scam anyone that’s crazy
There was damage on the passenger side! How the hell did JM not see it?! And the plaintiffs didn’t speak up enough
She saw it. She saw the difference judge was in her feelings as usual after she heard the plaintiff at the tow shop and after the call ti the insurance. They should have spoken up, just letting her yell like she's right,
She wasn’t right
Yes she was, they shouldn't have lied
@@ericsneary5430 WRONG. They were suing for the separated bumper.
Definitely wasn't right at all
@@stratfordbabyhow is it wrong, they lied about no damage when it had damage. It ruins their credibility
Apparently everyone missed the fact that the passenger side of the bumper was detached/damaged after the tow, but not in the before video where it only showed light damage to the driver's corner.
Hearing him tell the judge “I see reflections” when looking at the video on the monitor cracked me up. 100% proof and they still are in denial.
They lied!
The judge missed the damage on the other side when the bumper was hanging on the other side, When they picked up the rental in the video the bumper was not hanging. So the defendent should have paid up.
The announcer enjoyed that harde har har 😂
seeing everything through a racial lens is a sad way to live
everything is racial.
Living it every day is something that is real out here.
@@shalemyah6207 thank you!
@12:23 the video clearly shows the front right side bumper still in tact. That was before the tow yard correct? So that means that the tow company is guilty right? Correct me if im wrong.
She is not being fair at all. I think that's on purpose. She is dead wrong
Exactly
She is definitely very bias when she wants to be!
You got caught red handed my boy!! 😂😂😂
Dishonest people those plaintiffs were.
Not a great Verdict/ the panel spacing was obvious
@@scottbrewer1408 not really the guy looks like a scammer.
Funny he didn’t yell that judge was racist
This should've been a miss trial.
@@thankthelord4536 LOL not hardly
Maybe those scamming plaintiffs shouldn't have lied
That race card didn’t work this time!!!
Gotta give the plaintiff credit. He shows up shiny as a penny, but his racist attitude tells it all. He aint go no sense if he doesn't first realize the police first has to acknowledge that he was parked illegally before assiging some nonsense blame on the tow company.
I think the plaintiffs wanted their car to get towed so they have would have someone to blame the damage on
So he would really go through getting it towed and paying to get it back just to potentially get money for it to be fixed?! Nah man. That’s too much energy for that.
You’re really reaching now 😆
I don’t trust that tow company. I think they did damage it. They just got lucky
She talk so much she don’t listen! She’ll send an innocent person to jail QUICK.
Something needs to humble this judge
@stephsimone1953 oh plz this dude is another scammer. He looks Nigerian.
On the passenger side of the first vid, the bumper looks separated, but on the womans vid before the tow it does not appear to be separated. Still its fishy that he didnt mention the dent.
The tow company damaged that bumper! Periodttttt!!
The Plaintiff's are Toolboxes.
Plaintiffs don’t like Trump & tried to scam the tow company… USUAL SUSPECTS
She is a fool how did she not see the bumper was detected
He reminds me of the actor Bill Duke
Because he know he f***ed up? lol yeah he looks like Bill Duke, too
@@tonecapone2644 😆 🤣 😂
The tow company probably did the damage. The first video from the tow yard definitely shows the bumper separated on the passenger side that isn't in the video from the 15th. JM is fixated in a scratch on the drivers side.
The damage that they were claiming was on the other side. It wasn't even the damage that she was pointing out
Do people realize how dumb they sound when they constantly repeat themselves? "Look at this!" no less than 14 times. It makes people very hard to take seriously when they don't speak like normal adults, and they repeat themselves like spoiled children.
with the wife echoing it...sounded ridiculous and put everyone on high alert that they were pulling a scam
plaintiffs = SCAMMERS!!!!!
There's a racist in this video but it's not the defendant.
I don’t like the way she’s not allowing them to answer her questions. Nasty attitude
How did they screw themselves 😂😂😂
Wow she got this one totally wrong. The video that showed the scratch also shows the passenger side bumper was fine and had a big gap when it came out of towing how did she miss that.
Racists are so tiring.
Lie about the damage... Lie about the illegal parking... Then cry that the judge is unfair 😂
No one can speak once the judge starts performing! Im done watching her 😂🤣
They always have to use color as the problem
Racist.
@sdays59 Yes the plaintiff seems to be. It's sad. Hopefully someday he'll come around and stop seeing color.
Hooray! The scammers got caught and still think they will earn a bonanza!!!
The bumper was not separated from the fender on the 15th the judge blew this one. Look at the video from the 15th the bumper was attached perfectly. On the 17th it was detached
You can tell by the way he was talking when the car came out lol. He knew it was already damaged
What I don’t understand is that it was a loaner car. He should’ve had full coverage insurance. The only thing he should’ve been sewing for the deductible. Nothing else.
That’s not the damage they were referring to. If you look at the front bumper it looks loose.
I don't think the judge listened at all in this case. You can see that front right was damaged and the left had the scratches from before. Seems like they were telling the truth.
There were a lot of lies told. Lies are like many layers of paint in a painting; the picture is much easier to restore if there's only a thin coating of it.
Hahahahah. The defendant was in another case on the people’s court where some guy tried to scammed him and judge milian caught the plaintiff in his scam. He definitely has a habit of getting sued by scammers. Second on the people’s court.
JM: “You made me ruuuuuuuuun. We spoke to your apartment building.”
Plaintiff: “Miss? The way this one…”
JM: “You call me ‘Miss’ right after that?!” *plaintiff flinches* 😂😂😂
Yep and they damaged that bumper!
That's not even the same side of the damage on the videos
JM would have me so f’d up talking like that. She confuses her litigants for her children.
Why? Because someone came in lying and trying to play the race card.
LOL not hardly
Am I the only one who noticed the damage the plaintiffs were referring too was on the other side of the car. You can see the panel is separated in the 2nd video, but the judge was so intent on insisting to look at the scratch on the driver side. Either way, they should have disclosed the scratch.
She clearly missed the damage in the other side of the bumper .
The damage on two driver side is pre-existing which seemed what the tow guy put down, but passenger side bumper was pulled off attachment which was not existing before based on video.🤦♂️
In the thumbnail you cannot tell me the plaintiff does not look like Master p if he was a regular person
Omg I was looking for this comment. Looks exactly like him
It's in the towing companies best interest to take video or at least puctures of the vehicle before the tow.
@@JamesPerk-h3n That is assuming that is the type of truck that was used. If it was parked head first they had to pick up the back, move it back and then pick up the front. I can see a situation where the front bumper on the right side hits the curb and comes out of its clips.
The guy is ignoring the fact that the property owner wad the one who called for the ticket and tow, which means a community member is the person who did it.
It was a tough call until the judge found out that the plaintiff lied.
It was the plaintiff who lied
