    You know, I've never met a pathological liar before, but I assume that this guy is the definition of one. If judge Milian didn't have his record, he would have lied his way through this case. However, anyone with common sense can look at the damage on both vehicles and tell that he didn't hit her while both vehicles were in motion. In order to do that type of damage when both vehicles are in motion, he would have had to be doing in excess of 100 mph and the other vehicle at no more than a school zone speed. I love it when liars get caught red tongued!!! Glad no one was in the car!

  • @lovelybelleee
    @lovelybelleee 7 месяцев назад +1

    The defendant literally tried to double talk and didn’t realize that he couldn’t double talk when she already had his record. He came into the court to deny. Try to blame it on the other guy. But then you look at his record and he is a repeat offender.

  • @sjaykay9884

    One thing I don’t understand is when the judge asks for receipts from purchases made years and years before the loss/theft happened. What is it that I’m supposed to bring to court because I’m never going to have receipts from something I bought four or five years ago.

    • @annea.4173
      @annea.4173 8 месяцев назад +2

      Then you don't sue for it. Unless something is rare or of value, like an antique, it will depreciate over time, and civil courts don't like to nickel and dime small items. Maybe a Stanley drill set you bought four years ago cost you $80 then but today it might only be worth $20 at the flea market. Not worth suing for, especially when you don't have proof it was ever actually in your possession/you paid X dollars for it.
