And speaking of Nier, who loves the parade escort mission from Nier: Automata? Anyone? No? Of course not! Because not only was it hard AF, but you had to listen to the robots sing that nails-on-a-chalkboard “Share in the Happiness” song over, and over, and over. • @KazimirQ7G
      @KazimirQ7G Год назад

@@arturofernandez4058 What is worse for me in this mission is that there's no in-game clue about crossbreeding, much less how to do it. Even if you suspected this possibility, it would be total gambling the order to properly polinate them.
I've played my first 2 runs on Replicant blind, but had to resort to reddit, guides and wikis to 100% the game.
"Life in Sands" can be accomplished by manipulating timezones. Although usually not simple to change Playstation's clock as Falcon said it in the video, one can easily change the timezone and it will work the same way, as time had elapsed.
The worst torturing mission for me was by far catching those epic fishes (hyneria, sandfish, rhizodont...).
Also, hunting for rare ores at Junk Heap to get all weapons was really painful and I didn't get all. Luckily, those DLC ones were enough to 100% the game.

The mean old dragon boss in Medievil. You never know which tunnel he's going to stick his head through, there's a good chance it could be where you're standing - which would then cause you to get pushed into the chasm below, his fire breath attack does a TON of damage, you can't attack him directly with your weapons, and it's incredibly hard to get the crystals to fall on his head before he moves.

I remember beating Breakdown on normal difficulty by just using the ability to slow time and combo your way out when overrun by waves of TLAN and big TLAN. of course it will drain your power stamina but the strategy there is to block your enemy attacks while mastering the timing combo of punching and kicking, because it will be hard enough and frustrating when an enemy gets too close knocking you down so just run around them on the pillar and used the time to slow while you hit the combo punching and kicking them will do the trick to beat them all.

lol, I'm that old I remember typing 6031769 for the press "6" & any other number to get to any 1 of the 20 levels in "ManicMiner" on the 48k ZxSpectrum (which I've still got, it's under my PS5 on my TV stand)...
I loved that game, that and it's sequel were my favourite 'speccy' games back then...
Oddly though - some years later I got a job as a "Games Tester" the company I worked at (Runecraft) head-hunted the guy who wrote the game Matthew Smith, because they thought he owned the legal rights to Manic Miner as they wanted to revamp the game and make a version of it for the PS1...
Sadly though he (Matt Smith) got 10K for ManicMiner (a lot when you're only 16) but when he wrote the sequel "Jet set Willy" at the time his dodgy as hell new 'manager' ripped him off regarding the game rights, and he also told me that he was 100% conned and never received a penny for the sequel...

The part with the seal in Jak II where you have to drudge through the water slums. It’s an absolute pain and absolutely ruthless. If you fall in the water, you die instantly without any way to survive, and of course you can’t use the hoverboard either. It’s *possible* to cheese it but it’s difficult. It’s one of the most difficult missions in one of the most difficult and unforgiving games on the PS2.

Simpsons Hit And Run was obscenely difficult to beat! I managed to get through the whole game until that very final mission with little to no problem. Then I got to the last mission and used the infinite speed, no damage, one-hit explosion, and jumping car cheats just to beat it because if how ridiculous it was. So speed was never an issue, my car blowing up, having to race against another car isn't an issue since a small bump on their car instantly blows it up, and I can jump over most of the map. Only level I had to use cheats on, but it was worth it to keep my sanity. 😂😂😂

Main trick is to be careful about your energy and repeatedly use all your guaranteed knockdowns like the energy wave (LT + RT) and the flying kick (A + RT). Really helps if you start each wave with a full charge blast (hold RT) since it will slow the enemy it hits, taking them outta the fight.

The oner mercy there is with Supply Lines was in alter editions of the game Rockstar made it so the plane doesn't burn fuel when you're not pressing the throttle. It makes the game a LOT easier but not by much.
Least later on David Cross made fun on Zero on the Kult FM radio station

The GTA SA missions with the plane still haunt me to this day, them and the driving school missions really made my old laptops keyboard respect my authoritah

I replayed and 100%'ed Simpsons Hit and Run about 10 years ago and remember thinking the final mission wasn't that bad. You just have to take your time with driving and drive slower than you normally to prevent crashing so the nuclear waste stays intact. One of the great games of my childhood

My childhood buddy and me played halo 1 - 2 on legendary regularly on the original Xbox. I tried it again a year ago and halo 2 on legendary is pure torture... i don't know how we did it as kids
