- What’s up Team!! This is Mr. Blackson with an update on my B&T BWC9. I did a previous review on the BWC9 where I had a few issues that needed to be fixed. Fortunately, I figured out the issues with help from Matt from Shoot Indoor Gun Range in King of Prussia, PA. I had to make an additional purchase of a P320 slide with an 4.7in barrel and some jimmy rigging. Now it runs perfectly. Check out my previous BWC9 review in the link below. Thanks for watching.

I was at B&T Headquarters in Thun, Switzerland today and saw that BWC9 on their wall..awesome looking fun toy but imo quite expensive if you do not already own a P320. Would be cool to have something like this for CZ, Canik or even universal. Great content as always Sir 🫡

It’s not the full size slide causing the rear of the top cover to hang up. It is the rear fiber optic sight that is too long and catches inside. I had the same issue and replaced the fiber optic rear sight with a standard length sight and it works great now. The fiber optic sights come back much further towards the rear of the slide and cause an issue.

Mine has been down in Florida at their shop now for 3 weeks. Sounds like they are removing material so the FCU will fit. Mine was so tight it pinched the FCU and wouldn't function. ( mine was from a spectre comp)
Thanks for the information. Mines was a tight fit too but got it in. They really should have been very specific about what FCU and slide works the best. Keep me updated on your progress. Thanks for watching.
What about the short slide with a suppressor?
I never considered with a suppressor on a compact slide. I will have to do some research on it. Thanks for the suggestion.
@@teamblacksmithllc Please do, and update us. I was about to ask the same question. My thinnest 9mm suppressor is an a rugged obsidian. Curious if that would fir into the opening.

What about the manual safety on the m17? Does it not get in the way?
Good morning!! The manual safety is part of the frame and not the upper slide. I had the same concern until I bought the M17 upper assembly. Thanks for the advice question and watching.
Looks like you're getting the bugs worked out, they should have actually recommended the full size slide up front for optimum functionality, still a real nice piece, you are saving future buyer a couple of growing pains
