- Rammstein vocalist Till Lindemann has been facing a criminal investigation in Germany which has now been dropped by prosecutors. Till Lindemann's investigation was dropped with prosecutors citing a lack of evidence.

All this did was drag a rock artist through the mud and more importantly, made it that much harder for any actual victims of sexual assault to report legitimate crimes. Most places have laws against falsely reporting crimes that didn't happen...they need to be enforced.
This is the exact sentiment that I thought of when I saw this video. I don't think these women think it through when they accuse people of things like this and have no evidence whatsoever and don't realize that later on when there is somebody who is sexually assaulted nobody will believe her because of these clowns and that is truly heartbreaking.

I was skeptical from the get-go. Now I hear that this girl is tryinta claim she was roofie'd *smh.* Till was only dating the most beautiful woman I think I've ever seen, last time I saw him with somebody. And does anybody remember the last time he was charged? *He beat a guy for besmirching his lady's honour.* The members of Rammstein have always seemed like gentlemen to me. Horny gentlemen lol but not handsy creeps. And they certainly don't need to roofie anybody to get whatever they might want. I would get my freak on with three of them... maybe even at the same time 😜
exactly! from the beginning it sounded bogus. and the statement "never touched, left the room" then how did that not clear the whole thing from the get go? then I actually looked into it she has some interesting history and story posted online for the world to see, she also posted what sure seemed to be clearly paid endorsement for vpn services saying "they were powerful people tracking her" that told me all I needed to know but seriously lets think about this girl goes to rock show, gets invited backstage did they think it was for tea and crumpets? and this is Rammstein not disney princess theme song sing along she knew what she was walking into. Ive read so many story's of women going to rock shows to meet their hero and having encounters then they keep going back to more and doing the same thing then complain that they were taken advantage of but bottom line as she stated he never touched her but she posted bruise photos and a story to smear him anyways shes a piece of work for sure

Is 'cancel' just being used to describe anything we don't like now or is it a synonym for 'crime'? It's very confusing when people try to push their politics into everything. 'You can't convict someone with allegations. You need evidence', would've made much more sense.

I never believed the accusations. There was another girl who spent the whole concert day with the accuser and after the accusations against Till came out, she quickly rose up to tell her version of events, which defended Till and the band (there was also copious evidence backing up her version of events thanks to endless TikTok's that they both recorded that day), plus the accuser girls account always sounded shaky from the start.
I'm glad the accusations have been dropped but I am also frustrated because false accusations like these can do a lot of harm to the plight of women who have suffered real harm and are fighting for real justice whilst also harming the image & reputation of innocent men.

The number of men and their lives who have been destroyed by false allegations. Whether they are made in public. Or private. Is far worse than anyone wants to deal with. Good women need to rise up. Make this conduct the final chapter in the accuser's reputation. To the point permanent shame overshadows any benefit from false accusations. Famous or not.

Think about it. Lindemann has thousands of fans who would like to spend time with him. He doesn't need to chase some nobody, who can't handle her booze. Lindemann, also has a few college degrees. He is to educated to do anything reckless
The court acquitting him doesn't mean he's innocent. It means the evidence is inaccurate. Allegations, coming from multiple women, some of whom stayed anonymous, included drugging and sexually abusing women after and during concerts, and even having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old when he was 47. The thing is, it's extremely hard to prove these crimes. I personally don't think all these women made this up, considering they don't gain anything positive from it.

I said it from day one to just kind of sounded like more me to allegations because one of the first things that was said was that the investigators didn't talk to the supposed victims and that they didn't get any blood drawn for testing to see if she had been roofied. That alone was my big red flag on both accounts. Because when somebody sexually assault a woman the woman should absolutely go to the hospital to get not only her blood drawn but a rape kit tests done to make sure there is evidence against the person she's accusing.
Poor Lindeman was heartbroken during these accusations. Till was completely upset at his concerts. For a 60-year-old, that's too much to judge him for something that didn't exist. Cyberspace has become like a cancerous tumor. I hope girls like Shelby are punished. Because no one believes those who were really raped

Just because somebodys claims can’t be proven beyond reasonable doubt, doesn’t automatically make them guilty of lying. If that was the case, nobody would dare to go the police with anything unless they had bulletproof evidence.

Famous people definitely have sexually abused people that’s obvious but also many were false claims. There are many people that had these big stories claiming how messed up they are and/or how bad they were treated by some famous person but rather then having them tried for a crime and sent to prison they take a cash settlement. If they really were so hurt they would want the person to be convicted of the crime so they can’t do it to someone else again that would be what they are most worried about not money and they could still sue them and put them in prison but if they put the person in prison the person will make it as hard as possible for them to get money they will drag the case as long as possible through multiple appeals to make them run out of money and just want to settle for much less money because they were put in prison so if it’s about money they take a settlement so they get a quick payday if it’s not about money then they get them charged with the crime and send them to prison. If someone sexually abused my daughter all I would care about is that person going to prison for as long as possible and when that’s over with I would sue them so my daughter has money to pay for the mental health help she would need. I don’t care if I was offered 5 million bucks to not have the person charged I’d rather get no money and he goes to prison so he can’t do it to someone else and so it’s on record that he did it.

Exactly, if you've ingested rookies or similar drug, your memory is completely wiped for a solid 12 hours, she would have remembered being at the concert having drinks, then woke up at home. Absolutely nothing in between,the fact she had all these details suggest its made up or she wasn't at all drugged and made it up.
An old friend of mine from high school had a girlfriend who was a bit nuts, they broke up like most high school relationships do, and she decided to pull the rape card. Most of us knew it was BS but her friends believed it and it almost got bad... Thankfully nothing came of it but man, false/baseless accusations can DESTROY lives. When this whole story came out I kept saying wait until the investigation is over before you shun Till.
I really hate hearing about people accusing others of rape solely because they don't like them because, as you said, it really can ruin someone's life if people believe the person accusing.

I'm unfamiliar with the other allegations, but in terms of the allegation you spoke about here he sounds innocent. She said that she didn't mentally feel right after some drinks, he came in and made an advance towards her, she refused his advance, then he got angry and left. It's an unfortunate fact, but guys who drug women in order to take advantage of them generally don't just leave without getting what they want. The fact that she remembered him leaving after he made his advance says to me that she probably just drank more than she should have or was possibly served some drinks with a higher alcohol content than she expected.
Most of the other allegations are probably fabricated by the media.
I would agree with that assessment. Several of the initial articles reported that she underwent medical tests but didn't find any evidence she had been drugged.
It's an unfortunate situation, because she may have genuinely believed that was what happened and will now have to deal with the backlash. If she really was just clout chasing, she might have ended up with more than she bargained for.
This was my thought process as well. I was confused as to why such a fuss was raised when she herself even stated that once she rebuffed his advances that he left her alone and he never even touched her at all.

What's a real issue for the band, is that their publisher and Universal, dropped them like a mic! So whats going to happen now? From a woman's point of view, this is embarrassing to me to hear these women participate and then come up with stories to destroy a man's life. What it sounds like to me, maybe he turned her down and she's upset about it, who knows. And her memory being all foggy, ahhhhhh yeah! you had a few drinks and freely went back stage, knowing it's a party. Just amazes me, there should be new laws to defend men against these women who participate, and turn around to ruin someone's reputation and life, they should be charged. This is happening way too much and in a matter of time, there will be equal justice. I wish Till and his bandmates all the best, stay strong.

As a woman, I so agree with you. I kept thinking surely she can't be that stupid. Everyone knows what these parties are usually for. Nothing happened, she has no gripe. Sounds like she couldn't handle her drink. I'm also wondering who really rejected whom. There needs to be laws protecting men against false accusations. This happens way too often. It damages the case for women who were really attacked and it unnecessarily damages men's reputations.

Yeah, I don't buy the Manson v. Woods allegations either. If Johnny Depp's trial didn't show how crazy some of these woman are then nothing will. But at the same time I don't rush to blame the victims, always best to wait and see what proof they have 1st.
@yuritasca7702 they raided mansons house years ago, and yet he's not in prison. The cops say the case is winding down. Many ex's and female friends, and his wife have come to his defense. And one of the accusers has done a 180 and said Wood put her up to it.

Plus she said “I don’t want to press charges on McGregor or his security team. First things first, it is good to see you back and is good to see you doing better. I'm glad that you're still keeping us up-to-date but you're still taking care of yourself. May you continue to have good health and enjoy doing what you're doing and what you love. So I'm going to go ahead and say it if I said it from day one, this was just women looking for easy money. It is that simple. They did not get a rape kit test done and they did not get blood work done. And now we're finding out that the investigators didn't even talk to the supposed victims? That stinks of allegations that were made up just for an easy payday. I hope this woman and the women who continue to do this crap are thrown in jail and slapped with a hefty fine. If women are going to ruin someone's life based off of false allegations hopefully there can be a president set that it's not okay and that there will be repercussions.
Great comment!! If this woman was truly hurt, she would've done exactly as you stated, blood work, and rape kit. It would be horrifying to be drugged, and I would want peace of mind the blood test/kit would provide!!
@@victoriataylor9513Of course, same goes both ways. It can be incredibly harmful to a rape victim to be told that they’re just in it for the money. As such, I would personally believe it to be best to avoid social media as a base for allegations altogether. Though in some cases the justice system may not handle a case like this correctly, in a country like Germany a fair assessment would have been given and we can be confident that whatever outcome the court gives is evidence-based. Sadly, this is unlikely to become the norm.

@@victoriataylor9513 Definitely. Though people don’t often consider it, there’s a very good reason courts grant name suppression for people who have been accused of rape but not had it proven. This case is a prime example; I can only hope that it inspires some degree of change.
@@TredecimMusic Women who accuse men of rape get anonymity whether that accusation is real or not. This same protection should be extended to men until they are actually convicted and sentenced. In this day and age the mere accusation is enough to destroy a mans entire life even when they are found not guilty or the woman is found to be falsly accusing.

It’s very difficult if not impossible for a successful prosecution without hard evidence. The fact that the investigation found nothing that would qualify, is a relief to me, sets the record straight and clears his name.
I'm surprised it took this long. There was numerous interviews from other people that were at the concert where the allegations were made, and they pretty much shredded all of Shelby's fairy tale. And the footage other people took of her made it pretty clear she was just seeking attention the entire time.
It sucks. because a lot of the mud will stick. simply because Till/Rammstein don't shy away from a lot of tougher subjects when it comes to their music.

I'm still convinced that it was she who made advances to him and he did not reciprocate because she was off her face and acting irratic prior to the supposed encounter as proven by the video shown during the show, and that it was she who got mad and basically had a tantrum by accusing him of unwanted sexual behavour online knowing full well what it would do to him and the rest of the band... But that's just me.

I knew Till years ago. I have been around backstage for years and years before and after. While Rammstein probably shouldn't be playing under the stage like it was Def Leppard in the 80s, I can assure you, Till was respectful of me. But that was just my experience.
Was better in the def lep, understage 80's. Bunch of whiners that can't tell you what a woman is now.

I am of the firm belief that proven false statements that were made with malicious intent should have jail time. It would stop a lot if these clout chasers from making bogus claims that in turn only help to harm actual victims of sexual misconduct. This girl is disgraceful.

Oh yes, all that attention and money anonymous women get from fighting an unwinnable court against a multi-millionaire... The court acquitting him because of a lack of evidence doesn't mean he's innocent and all these women are liars.

Also I hate how many of these false accusers just jump on the bandwagon without any evidence to back their claims or without realizing that what they’re accusing someone of doing isn’t really illegal. Like that one chick who said that she apparently had sex with Till when she was 15 even though the age of consent in most European countries (Germany included) is actually 15 so therefore it wasn’t illegal. She just jumped on the bandwagon because a bunch of other anonymous women (who had zero proof) were also accusing him of being some kind of a sexual deviant and a rapist and what not.

If someone is found guilty of making false allegations, I think the accuser should face the same punishment as the person they have accused were they found guilty.

Honestly what I think one of the biggest takeaways for g this should be is the fact that she specifically states that Lindemann never touched her.
If someone is going to go to the trouble to drug someone else it really doesn't make any sense that they would immediately give up as soon as consent was not freely given and then leave them alone for the rest of the night.
And it is an affront to all the people who have been legitimately drugged for her to make false allegations in order to gain attention/clout/etc.
For all we know she took cold medicine earlier that day before she drank and that affected her memory. Or benzos or something else. Hell, it could have even been the bartender that was trying to get in on her.
The fact that Lindemann left her alone and never once touched her should tell you essentially everything you need to know about this case and his moral proclivities. 🤷🤘
False accusations are too common these days.
It's amazing how quickly people judge the accused as guilty before even the initial piece of evidence has been scrutinized.
What's unfortunate is that a lack of evidence will never be enough for people that want to believe the accusations to be true. And that's what's really messed up: there are people that want this to be real. Imagine taking the position that you want a sexual crime to have occurred.

I'm personally glad there isn't any evidence on Till (singer from Rammstein, who has a solo project as well), myself. I'm hoping to find two pieces of gear that the band uses. One is a bass used by their bassist Ollie Riedel and the other is Les Paul used by one of their guitarists Paul Landers. I actually want to see them in concert as well. Their music is quite enjoyable and they put on a good show.
