Big brand ( stable Company ) + Be in top 5-10% + study from top College + work in first company at least 3-4 years (if the company is good & learning should'nt be limited )
Yes! Yes it was worth it! The brand value it brings to your professional life, everyone starts to look at you differently, a lot more career opportunities open up and the exposure you get there at the college is unmatched.
But yeh course unke liye nhi jinhone achche colleges se engineering ki hai like iits. Woh logo ke paas already exposure, opportunities sab hoti hai. IIMs are for struggling people to change their career trajectory
Recent EY employee case ke baad ab yhi conclusion nikal sakta hun ki no job is more important than mental/physical health of an individual. First priority should always be health.
Very beautiful advice and guidance. This is what a person really wants to listen, thank you for sharing such precious information.. accumulated through your own life experiences.
Raw talks are the ones which depict the true picture of life.. And finding such videos really becomes a torch bearer of freshers like us.. Thanks a lot sir..!!
Thank you for the perspective Manan. This is the type of unfiltered truth which I needed. I dont know if you remember me, we used to workout together in the office gym. I am currently pursuing MBA and your video really clarified lot of things for me thanks.
They will end in two different kinds of roles. From MTech (CSE) you will always stay in the IT sector (or maybe finances). That means metropolitan living, WFH, lesser stress and public dealing. But the learning curve is steep (DSA, AI and other tech) and learning is perpetual. Career growth is massive in the early stage and imminent stagnation in later stages, unless you pick IT managerial roles or else you do a PHD and enter RnD or pick a startup. In MBA, things are non-tech, constant stress and competition. A lot of politics. Performance based evaluation. MBA is really rewarding in the later stages, in the director / executive roles but until then...
I think coding skills are more important than a Mtech degree. You can get an IIT degree through online courses as well. But coding skills will help you to crack big tech companies/startups
Loved the clarity of thought brother, now I am pursuing master in management studies and business finance from XIMB and it gives me confidence seeing you and I believe I also don’t have any regrets going further .
@hey-manan I âm looking this today and I am in the same dilemma that many of my friends are getting paid more, in good jobs, great roles just after their MBA and I am not. Your view on enjoying the first 2-3 years, experimenting with jobs has really calmed me down. Awesome 🔥🔥🔥

Institutes do have a big role . But no one should base their life on an exam or an institute. The culture inside the colleges is very nice but ruining mental health for the sake of getting inside a college is extremely worthless. Also a person who spends time in learning new skills and mastering the skills that are needed will always do good in life
Great sharing of your personal experience and your opinions, it is always good to hear it out from one of the seniors in the field. Currently I am pursuing MBA from IIM Kozhikode. Thanks Naman
I'll be joining some top tier college this year. Honestly your every word i feel is genuinely valid and no beating around the bush - which many people are doing these days. Subscribed you channel hope to see such amazing content coming 😊
Thanks for the insights brother! I haven't found much people sharing such true experiences on RUclips. Got to learn a lot from your experience. It is really unfiltered and God Bless You for all your future endeavors. 😁😄😎

Currently I am doing my Btech from NIT Delhi in CSE and will graduate in 2027 I think I will have to take loan for doing MBA How should I tackle that How will I be able to repay that ????? I'll be really thankful if you make a video 'Taking Loans for MBA '
Just saw this video titled , after 7 years from a top notch institute, Today I am preparing and fighting for where you're today, sir. Honestly the way you explained, very calmly very few people motivate that way. Digging into the reality checks of life , enjoyment is equally necessary, and I liked the video , keep the good work coming,👏✨🕉️
Hey bro, great video. I am a CA working with Deloitte from past 2 yearsand i am really confused about doing MBA. Please guide, considering todays market(I am hearing many negative reviews, lesser packages, fast technology changes etc) whether doing MBA will be beneficial for me, 2 years drop in job and all. If there no clear answer, atleast guide me what factors should I consider. My concern is whether I am wasting my time and money, I may be able to achieve without a MBA also.
I am a fresher and I would call myself lethargic. I think i will end up in a top bschool this year. Any tips on how to handle the grind and not burnout?
How hard or easy it is to get other job after leaving your first company after doing MBA from IIM....? Does the IIM tag matters for switching jobs and joining new companys..?
Have questions? Ask below? ⬇️
Dude, respect🫡, you have a different level of clarity in your life.
Something about Education loan
Make a video on how did you prepared for CAT?
Ab kitna package hai aapka? After 7 years
Please elaborate work life balance after MBA also education loan in top IIMs because fees too hefty.

If someone has converted both iim A and FMS, what's ur suggestion to go with considering long run benefits.
In my opinion I would go for FMS
IIM A no doubt unless u are facing financial problems and is too concerned about ROI
IIM ABCL> FMS (brandwise)
Hey bro..IIMA without a doubt...The network will come in handy..
Unfortunately I would need to say - IT DEPENDS. I would have gone for IIM A
