Good morning, I applied for a Wave.2020 [I 612] tell more than 3 years every month services in Nebraska change the date now July 17th they transferred my case to another place another state I would like to know if I will having to wait much longer, I've been waiting for more than 3 years, I already have all my processes approved, this is giving me a heart attack, I'm starting to worry!!
Maria, thank you for subscribing! It is a good sign USCIS transferred the petition to another office. Keep an eye on USCIS processing times and updates.
What if I didn’t get a transfer notice but my I130 has Nebraska service center and the approval shows National benefits center? Does this mean my I824 will go to the national benefits center instead? I want to get an idea on processing times based on that

My husband just recently had his naturalization interview. He passed. However, the officer noticed the application for removal of conditions was still pending. They called me in and asked me 3 questions and that was it. She then said she needed to review the application for removal before he could get the final letter for naturalization ceremony. 3 days letter we checked online and now says case transferred to another office. We are panicked, concerned, scared, etc as to what does it mean?
@@alimalimov1849hi it all was resolved. We never had to do anything else. He received the letter after a couple of weeks that he was approved and he is now a citizen
Hi sir, i saw your video its really great information. On Oct 6th we applied for o1 petition. On oct 11 uscis changed status as Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction. Till now its same. When we applied the processing time shows 1.5 months but in my case its already 68 days. Why they not changing my status sir. Even i am cross checking 50 to 60 numbers regularly others case getting updated only mine from 2 months status shows same case transferred. I feel nervous about result.
Thank you for subscribing and for your compliment. This certainly is a frustrating time to be involved in immigration. Had my combo interview citizenship / removal of conditions on June 15th ,2023 5 days later received notice I-751 transferred to NBC to speed up processing , 77 days later no updates
That is ridiculous. My clients have also started receiving these transfer notices for the third time. Hang in there and remember you can always reach out directly to USCIS and ask them for a status update.
Transfer will not work. 😈😈😈 When the government issue limited visa or green cards every year then you can not clear the backlog 😈 😈 Let say government is issuing 180 k visas every year and the backlog is in millions and every day thousands of new cases are added to the backlog then how can you solve the issue 😈😈😈
Thank you for the comments and for subscribing! There still a huge backlog, but we have seem some positive changes in the last couples of months. I will keep posting processing updates as they come.
@@marvinimmigrationlawyer welcome and hope to hear from you on the development on backlog. Biden is legalising millions of illigal migrant to get their votes only 😈 What about those who are waiting for decades to bring their loved ones to the US and paying taxes 😈
This is a long series DRAMA which will never ends and the CHARACTERS IN THE DRAMA PASSES AWAY as they get older , 😂😂😂 Same is here tens of thousands will die before they get visa or even approval letter 😂😂😂 Take the USCIS TO COURT FOR INCOMPETENCE AND INEFFICIENT WORKFORCE. GET THE DAMAGES FOR NOT CONCLUDING THE APPLICATION AND KEEPING MILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN FEES FROM THE PETITIONER 😂😂😂

What’s the meaning of that status “case is transfer to jurisdiction “ from ur video , didn’t get the point ……
It’s a notice that the government transferred your case to a different office for processing.
Same case here..
my case was transferred and new office has jurisdiction 3 years ago but nothing changed since then?
