You can drive yourself crazy looking at your case status every single day and wondering if " today is the day."

It's like being on deathrow for years and not knowing what day you're scheduled for execution!

My case had been moved to California service center from Nebraska service center so what processing time should be done to my case because USCIS mentioned in their website that transfer cases doesn't effect processing time so are my case will be processed in 7 months which is Nebraska service center processing time for my case or 35 months which is California service center processing time for my case

Now uscis has this trick. They transferred my case from Nebraska to Vermont right at when it was time for the case to be processed. So a new processing time and you can't do anything. I've been waiting for my wife's case since nov 2018. I'm calling this a trick because you don't transfer the case that has been waiting longer than others. Also my case was transferred from Nebraska Center which the processing time is 2to7 months to Vermont with a processing time of 28 to 36 months.

I have the same situation: originally received in California, they sent it to Nebraska. Now, it’s on time for a desicion and I called them and they said the case was transferred to Vermont, even in the website it says Nebraska 😠. I’ve to wait for Vermont’s time now😡

If the case is surpassing the time of processing time on USCIS website and 19 months from the priority date, should I sue USCIS for moving back my case?

Should we all be worried about lack of uscis financing by government (if so happens)? can it push back our pending cases or something go wrong? 😰

    You are so right!!!
I unsubscribed from the E-alerts because every time I see a message on my phone I get anxiety thinking that's from uscis. 🤦‍♀️
Can you pls answer 1 question for me?
I got an RFE on my I751. A week after they received my response they transferred the case from Vermont to NBC with explanation 'to speed up the process'. Should I expect an update in the 60 day window as it stated on the RFE notice or now that it's transferred it can take longer than that?
