My wife was PR before she 5:19 file i-130 . Then it was approved already and We’re still waiting for MilitaryPIP approval. But my wife is US citizen now so do we need to apply again the I-130 and I-485 ?
My spouse initially filed my I-130 online and later mailed my I-485, and we have already received a receipt notice for my I-485. Please, Jim, how do I check my case status online, and do I create a separate online account for my I-485, as we already have an online account for my I-130?

my husband is a US citizen. we will choose the I130 route (Consular Processing) however since I cannot yet join him due to being caregiver to a parent in end-of-life stage. We don't know what that timeline can be so we haven't done anything at all. We both take turns to travel back and forth every few weeks as circumstance allows since I do have a valid B visa. When we file, my I130 is approved, I get my consular appt and I am successful, I cannot enter the US and stay there for an extended period of time while any final paperwork is done, again with a parent in end-of-life stage. Any advice?

Can we the petitioner include a separate official or non-official document notifying in big bold writing ✍to the USCS that we "plan to do an adjustment of status" and not a counselor process.... not if you're in removal proceedings. you will get denied. USCIS is not going to approve if you have a pending case with a judge

Apply for i-485 and the work permit…etc as soon as possible without wasting more time

Once you came in legally you can file the i130 and i485.. if you came illegal you cannot ajst your Satus from in the US you would have to go back
But what if a person has removal order and needs to apply for i-310? Are people allowed to file i-485 of you have removal order?
