    My Thai wife had her interview at the embassy in Bangkok last September. First an original document check by an admin clerk and then a short 5 minute interview. She was told she passed and left with a smile.

    I have been saying these for years that it's not about illegal immigrants, IT'S ALL ABOUT LEGAL IMMIGRANTS.

    How does the trump administration will affect the process of removing conditions to the 2-year green cards?

    I received my EB1A green card in 2024 that was approved without an interview, would he reopen approved cases?

    • @danielserrano437
      @danielserrano437 11 часов назад

      Nope you’re good plus it’s employment based you got a perm GC so don’t sweat it. Even when you or your family goes in for your citizenship years from now they won’t doubt how you obtained the green card bc there’s very little fraud with approved EB1s. I have a few friends that took the NIW route they’re not worried

  • @lanealmeida7795

    I cannot believe it due to the pandemic and Trump and needing a waiver it took me 4 years to get to the USA and we have just filed for my change of status and again knowing it is going to take potentially years is just frustrating and irritating as you just have to jump hoops constantly. Just to live either your spouse and be able to work.

    Our marriage base green card has been in process since July. It seems to have skipped the Interview step and now on the Case Decision step last time I checked. I wonder if we still won't need to, or if they'll ask for an interview?

    More scrutiny is better for the country

    • @joeguiffre2480
      @joeguiffre2480 17 часов назад

      Did you watch the video? It's not actual scrutiny. It's an attempt to trick people. Limiting immigration is not good for the country. But, being that you're a Trump supporter, I wouldn't expect you to understand economics or to possess basic critical thinking skills.

      green card is piece of plastic. Document can be expired but not status. I guess you can just pay the fee and order new piece of plastic. Maybe you will have some type of a fine but overall status can't expire inside U.S. If you left for 20 years then its a different story. Then its gone.

    • @Lightdog555

      Did those green cards back then even have expired dates? I know for a long time people received permanent resident cards with no end date
