    In the first hip flexor stretch if you tuck your butt underneath you you will actually feel a greater stretch.

      Was thinking the same thing but I tend to only do static stretches on yoga days or after a run

    can sprinters have flexible hamstrings or is it contradictory to being a strong sprinter

      Butters of course just stretch daily and consistently

    The instructor isn't holding the stretches the same amount of time for the same muscle groups in both legs: one was more than 10 seconds, the other 5-6 - that's bad!

      He’s just showing the stretches it’s up to the athlete to time them on both sides on their own

    At 2:55 I couldn’t even bend my back I’m not flexible at all
