Bit contradictory if you push the stretching hard

About 20-35 seconds usually
The instructor isn't holding the stretches the same amount of time for the same muscle groups in both legs: one was more than 10 seconds, the other 5-6 - that's bad!
He’s just showing the stretches it’s up to the athlete to time them on both sides on their own
he just wanted to run through them quickly so they could rewatch on their own time
