  • A graviflyer replication of Alexey Chekurkov made by the late Chris Hardeman reported to do an 80 gram weight loss. This set up was done by Charles Crawford, but after he left I had a go at it. It has unfortunately been sitting on a shelf for too long...
    Let's see what happens....

I know what the problem is. It doesn't work.

According to Otis Carr, the Earth gets one rotation every 24 hours, this would be for example a disc of 15 cm diameter reaching the speed of 60000 RPM. When this relative speed is reached, it became freed from the attractive inertial mass of the planet, and activated by the energy of space (a cold energy without dissipation). The aluminum disc would need to be electrified, to be its own protective shield againt heat, air friction, and vibration.

    TF did I just watch?

What scientific data you got on this experiment ?????.Physics and mathematic data etc.

Those alexey chekurkov videos are so scammy. You can practically see the fishing line and thin wire poles in half the videos.

  • @larrymn333

He'll be back when he finds a new flex compacitor.

  • @luizbarros97

    This is Alexei Cherkukov Project.

  • @alekuzunovic203

It looks identical to the design of Alexey Chekurkov. Give credit when credit is due, that's what people have to learn.

I'm in the process of making this, but infinitely better. I'll ahow you guys how magnetism really works. This ain't it.

  • @seditt5146

You will get MUCH better effects with the tesla coil if you use many turns of thick insulated copper wire. I know what the general consensus is etc for these things but that is for large coils. Making these tiny copper tubing primaries produces crappy results. Using a 10kv 35ma OBIT transformer I could have a coil that size sending out 5-10 inch streamers with ease. Make it Bipolar, wrap about 10 turns or so of the insulated copper wire like that used in houses and you will see a dramatic improvement.

Changing the freq of the coil affects the top rotor speed due to some kind of coupling between the eddy current in the midplate and the secondary eddy current in the top rotor. As this very narrow window is tuned finer and finer, the slowing becomes more and more pronounced. This slowing isn't steady, but pulsed so the pulsing is really what's becoming more pronounced, and this pulsation causes a back EMF into the tesla coil. What makes the system even more chaotically difficult is that the beat freq from the difference of the top/bottom rotors rpms is disrupted by this pulsing rpm in the top rotor. It's happening in the lower rotor too, but it is much less pronounced due to the added mass & magnetic drag of the lower rotor. I think the secret lies somewhere in controlling these beat freq oscillations. This is why having tachs installed for the rotors is the most important next step for the graviflyer team. The rpms must be tuned in concert with the tesla coil, and they are both VERY touchy w/ the TC adjustment resolution needing to be less than 1khz, and the rpms tuning resolution within 3-5 rpms.

Can you drive the Tesla coil and the ultrasonic from the same signal source so that they are phased locked? Also Drive the positive and negative plates with an isolated Supply so that those voltages can float around independent of actual ground?

  • @nlitnd1isaloof

That high voltage is demagnetizing your magnets rapidly

If I had more knowledge of electronics I would have a go of making one. What I believe it lacks is the special treated plates. Do you know if Chris's Graviflyer had that type that Alexey Chekurkov had used? Did Chris try to duplicate the spinning plates. Great video you proved the concept somewhat so Alexey was not hoaxing his invention. Did Chris attempt anything with beetles by chance.

  • @Ghozer

I think some of the issue is the lip on the center plate, center plate being slightly too thin, and you aren't using the dimpled aluminium type for the rotating disks (as far as I can tell), and the conical shape of the ultrasound module on Alexey's was also part of the required design

I'm 3 minutes in, which module is being used to amplify the sig-gen output ?

I don't understand how it works. Why is it important to understand the sandwich structure?

I'm the one that invented several methods Chris started using. Hanging the flyer on a scale with bracing was my idea completely. It was cheap and gave a spacial aspect that he didn't have even a little bit of with it sitting on the counter. It gives a hint at the fact it needs harmonically tuned. That's a couple things, we had had huge conversations. I inspired him very much. What I seen during some experiments was nothing less than paranormal. Very dangerous levels of frequency cooked his heart.
