9 million people voted for Labour - 4 Million for Reform - the former has a huge majority and can act as virtual dictators....the latter have just 6 MPs. I am not sure for how much longer we can call Britain the 'home of Democracy' .

To be fair, he is right about one thing. A condition of limited leave to remain visas for immigrants is that they have to pay £1000 NHS non-refundable deposit every two and a half years on renewal. This is on top of their NI contributions. I don't know where this "medical tourism on the NHS" myth comes from.
