Excellent stuff, I've been waiting for somebody to upload this since, erm, uploading to RUclips became possible basically!
TYCT were a massively underrated band, one of my favourites back then, so it's great to finally see this again.
Revisiting a favourite band that I still rate highly. They still sound good, in 2015. Very innovative, uniquely creative.
I was good friends with Rob Ward's eldest son when I was at primary school. Interesting to see this video
“..........hmpfff...it jist becomes impossssible......unrehearsed.........hmpff hmmmpfff......( shades’ll sort it ).........hmpffff “
I too loved this band, as they were playing regularly in Manchester, and gigs were also
advertised around town, mostly down on Oxford Road, throughout the mid - late 1980's
& liked Rob's laid back attitude. It was shame they were under rated. Its great to see
this has been put on You Tube, as their concept for industrial sounds was unique.
RIP Peelie, RIP Steven 'Susan' Wells. Sadly missed both of them. Both figured massively in my late 70's to mid 80's listening and reading.
I concur, TYCT were a fantastic band - & fantastically underrated too. That they've been consistently overlooked - utterly ignored actually - ever since seems unforgivable in retrospect. And they definitely weren't "unrehearsed" when I saw them live either...
Splendid, especially today.
Hi can anyone tell me what happened to Rob Ward the singer? I'm an old friend.
p.s. Peel, what a gent!
Hi Rob. Sue here. are you are ok? How's Nicky/ kids? I hope all ok. good to see you here. not on facebook...x
Still It's Freaky Industriall Wave!!
Very cool. I wonder why i haven't heard of that band? before, Too you can Trust.
I mean Tools you can Trust, I am so sorry.
