Don’t know if you’re trolling but it’s obvious that this build is less then 80k especially with him doing some of the work himself saving money on labor.
If you’re not trolling it is true, you can buy a McLaren and start a channel but that won’t stop you from being a lame 😅
Tbh i dont think Will has anything to prove, hes been a part of some dope projects and built some cool shit for himself in the past, theres a reason why his name holds weight in Vegas. Im personally glad hes sharing his build because the damn ig teasers are killing me and i wanna see this thing run already. Its a unique build in a day and time of very generic ass builds.

This is awesome. I'm building a 2003 SL500 into a lightweight LS powered street-car and this trans setup is perfect. SUBSCRIBED. Do you have any weight numbers on the car stripped? I'm trying to get down to 3000lbs. and still have an interior. Fixed carbon roof, all carbon body, fixed back/position carbon seats, and eliminating the ABC system/coilovers, etc. I'm curious on your suspension setup as well. This car is actually great for swaps, there's a ton of room in the engine compartment.

I love how you can pick up a 8hp for about 1k of ebay but it sucks that it cost another 4 grand to be able to make it work with your engine. Hopefully as time goes the swaps will become cheaper.

RTB has a habit of flaking off and ending up in engines when used on heads - subaru had to recall an entire car line because of it... hope it holds up

When I first saw these in deift cars I didnt get it. I came around after I learnt they could still be clutch kicked. What an awesome bit of kit 🔥

yea... pretty easy.... did you hear him? i mean im handy and i challenge my self often. I built a Suzuki GSXR 750 from just a frame and motor. Loved every second of it. but fuck man you cutting open CPUs and all type of stuff. im just super uncomfortable with electrical
If you are just looking to make 600hp or less. Buy the sl55 and tune it with a small pulley. If you want 1000hp, that would mandate this conversion or buy the sl65. If I won the lottery tomorrow, then I would come back to this video and edit my comment

You can put an aluminum pan, for better oil cooling.
@@ReMaQs I’ve seen videos where the aluminum pans failings & the filter pick up goes dry didn’t wanna go that route.
