It's ok not to be ok sometimes 😊 Happy to see you around and glad that you have rediscovered happiness! I've been going down a bit of a skin care rabbit hole lately and know some dermatologists. By far the most recommended products that people eventually discover are retinoids (rx tretinoin/Retin-A, etc. or OTC retinol). Of course, sunscreen, moisturizers, and gentle cleansers. I also incorporate lactic acid serum for chemical exfoliation and a niacinamide serum. I'm a guy and don't know why people do much more than this. Results have been great.
@@soobeanie Yeah, retinoids are pretty universally recommended as long as someone is able to tolerate them, and as a bonus, they also prevent acne (FDA approved indication for Retin-A) although some people have an initial "purge."

What you are missing is traveling around Europe, especially Eastern Europe. Unfortunately , Ukraine is not yet a place to visit due to a war. But I visited Ukraine, it's capital city Kiev back in 1990s. You cannot possibly imagine the beauty of Kiev, it's architecture , and parks. I know you like to travel to Asian countries. But, u have to think outside the box.
