If you ever played hockey that was a set play. You practice that exact dump off the board deep into the o zone and chase with your fastest forwards..from mite to jr's it's executed the same way. No D man in the league could have kept up with that momentum thru the neutral zone. Maybe the goalie pokes it away in the crease but it's a difficult save. Leafs have more talented forwards, goal tending was even but hockey IQ goes to Bruins. They play better fundamental 3 zone hockey.

Speaking as a Bostonian, you need to do more than this to become a Boston sports legend. Pasta is beloved here in New England and that won’t change, but the bar for legendary status is pretty darn high.

As a habs fan (pk grew up a habs fan) it's a slim tie for last with both teams. Bruins slightly higher than leafs but by the slimmest margin.

Nylander almost single handedly won this series for the Leafs. He had no help and was out for the first 3 games. Matthews hasn't been injured in past playoff series and never ever contributes. I refuse to give kudos to any of the big players but am tipping my hat to Nylander who absolutely always pulls through in the playoffs.

Apparently he had some undisclosed illness so it would make sense for him to not be in top shape. The main thing for me is him skipping out on two elimination games in the playoffs. There's guys like Patrice Bergeron who played with a punctured lung a few years back.
