Those couple seasons when Frost was running UCF(the "East Coast Oregon years") were so great! It's a travesty that the undefeated 2017 team weren't invited to the playoff. And to really shine a spotlight on how great a hire he was - look at the collapse of Oregon football under Mark Helfrich after Scott Frost left: 2014(w/Frost) UO goes 13-2, PAC12 champs, beats FloridaSt by 39pts in the Rose Bowl & makes an appearance in the Natty. 2015(w/o Frost) UO goes 9-4 & gives up a 31-0 lead in a loss to TCU in the Alamo Bowl. 2016 UO goes 4-8, loses to an inferior OrSt team to end the season & Helfrich is fired.
Frost is good but I'd be surprised if he was able to get Nebraska going again. The fans and boosters will kick him out before he has a chance to rebuild the program fully.

I would take anything Deestroying says with a grain of salt. One of his story’s about how he almost got in a fight with his coach over kicking to McCaffrey when his team played Stanford. Deestroying claims that he kicked to him and it got returned for a TD. Problem is when you look at the highlights of the game there were no kickoffs returned for TD’s. Also there are suspiciously few comments pointing this out so it’s likely he deleted most of the comments calling him out. Bottom line is that he will make stuff up and pass it off as true.
That might be true, but everything that KTO says in the vid is backed up with video evidence, including the part about the kid dying, so I think he's being truthful, atleast in this vid.
Wow, so when I was 10 years old I guess, I went to the 2007 Liberty Bowl where my MSU Bulldogs squared off against conference champions UCF. We won 10-3. This was in Mississippi States dark ages, so that in it of itself is crazy to me
I transferred to UCF in 2017 and never been to a football game til that first game of the season. I couldn’t of asked for a better time to get into college football, the Peach Bowl was so surreal and unthinkable before that first game of the season. Go Knights!
As a UCF fan, I’ve seen some really really good seasons, and some bad ones. I’ll be going there in a year. This year, the team there is looking pretty talented offensively and better defensively, and the wonders Gus Malzahn has already done is 100x better than Heupel ever did. This year is guaranteed double digit wins I’m telling you
A similar collapse to what UCF went through although the bounce back took longer was Southern Miss who went from 12-2 in 2011 with a historically solid program to immediately losing 23 straight games. They eventually got good again but it took a few years.
As a lifelong Husker fan, I was ecstatic when they hired Scott Frost. I’m so glad he was able to bring them success. I’m always rooting for the Knights now!
Glad he turned ucf around like he did! Hopefully he can finally get my huskers on board! I know his first seasons have been tough. But I keep seeing improvement. Especially this year
Frost hasn't had nearly as big of a comeback here in Nebraska, but I think it's fair to say that the level of play in this conference is a big factor, let alone he started a rebuild during another guys rebuild (thank you other husker fans) but I think he's almost done it
The 2013 season was under the existing Big East conference and used their existing auto-bid to the Fiesta Bowl, a BCS bowl. They didn't change their name until the next year. When UCF won back-to-back conference championships if you count it as the same conference.
The War on I4 was one of the most exciting games I’ve ever seen with so many big plays. Not even saying it as an alum but it for sure is a top 3 college game of all time. Quinton Flowers was him, absolute beast of a QB
@@tufoinproductions tbh with the college football expansion coming it looks like he's going to stay there for longer, he really wants to win a championship before he gets a power five job
Grew up next too UCF and used to go to most of their home games for years as a kid. They were always fun with the huge crowd but literally every year nobody knew what to expect. Of course the first year we didn’t get season passes was their 13-0 year :/
I live by Orlando, and there are a lot of people (my family included) who aren’t originally from the area. Despite that, everyone roots for UCF and they have made us really proud recently
UCF fans might very well be the most annoying and delusional fans in all of college football. Everyone other than Knights fans know that their conference since becoming Div 1-A (BCS) has been a colossal joke. Yes, on the very rare times UCF actually played someone of note, they sometimes pulled off a win. That's not the same as the weekly grind in the Big 10, ACC or SEC. Just because they beat a bunch of glorified high school teams and an Auburn team (that was just 10-3 prior to the Peach Bowl and lost badly in the SEC Championship to Georgia). Auburn didn't even care at that point, but UCF played as hard as they were capable of. Now, they are in a better conference. Still just the fourth best in college football...but definitely better. UCF will struggle to ever rise above .500 in just this weak league.
Still so weird to see how a USF-UCF game was no doubt the best game to watch that week, not a lot of group of 5 matchups have ever received that much hype and the game didn’t disappoint
I remember watching that game at the end of the video I want crazy when that last play happened and I'm from Orlando and I still remember that to this day

True, just looked at the box score. McCaffrey had 3 returns (1 kick and 2 punt) for 49 total yards, average 16 yards.
As a UCF student who came to school right after the 2017 year it's crazy to think how far we've come
Wow, so when I was 10 years old I guess, I went to the 2007 Liberty Bowl where my MSU Bulldogs squared off against conference champions UCF.
I was a student at UCF during that time. freshman year: winless, sophomore year: 6-5, Junior year undefeated, senior year undefeated
This channel will always be great.
You left out the fact the McKenzie Milton was injured in 2019 & if he would have played vs LSU, UCF would have won!
What a crazy program man great stuff KTO
He killed a kid and not only kept his job he became athletic director? WTF
That was my cousin
@@broeswar4625 Oh my god, sorry for your loss.
@@broeswar4625 that sucks man I’m so sorry
Most people only know about UCF in the last 5 years interesting to hear there full backstory especially how many times they changed divisions is crazy
As a lifelong Husker fan, I was ecstatic when they hired Scott Frost. I’m so glad he was able to bring them success. I’m always rooting for the Knights now!
Would you say he's giving it a good go here in Lincoln?
Glad he turned ucf around like he did! Hopefully he can finally get my huskers on board! I know his first seasons have been tough. But I keep seeing improvement. Especially this year
Well uh this didn't age well
Your outros are always great
Now they have Gus Malzhan
Frost hasn't had nearly as big of a comeback here in Nebraska, but I think it's fair to say that the level of play in this conference is a big factor, let alone he started a rebuild during another guys rebuild (thank you other husker fans) but I think he's almost done it
Les go another upload
The 2013 season was under the existing Big East conference and used their existing auto-bid to the Fiesta Bowl, a BCS bowl. They didn't change their name until the next year. When UCF won back-to-back conference championships if you count it as the same conference.
LETS GO IM SO EARLY!!
As a UCF alum, this video makes my heart smile 💗💗💗
Man I wish Hughes worked out for the Vikings
The War on I4 was one of the most exciting games I’ve ever seen with so many big plays. Not even saying it as an alum but it for sure is a top 3 college game of all time. Quinton Flowers was him, absolute beast of a QB
Gus Malzahn is gonna have this program in a really good spot for a long time
Unless he decides to pursue a P5 job once again. Regardless, UCF is gonna be alright with Malzahn there
@@AR18123 I think he'll stay at UCF for a while. Maybe 4-6 years
@@tufoinproductions tbh with the college football expansion coming it looks like he's going to stay there for longer, he really wants to win a championship before he gets a power five job
@@geleneceline2310 at this point the AAC might become a "power" conference. The conference is already good but they might get some Big 12 teams
@@tufoinproductions other way around big 12 getting all aac teams
Grew up next too UCF and used to go to most of their home games for years as a kid. They were always fun with the huge crowd but literally every year nobody knew what to expect. Of course the first year we didn’t get season passes was their 13-0 year :/
If only Scott Frost could do this with the huskers
Thing is I’m sure far more athletes are more willing to play in Orlando, Florida, at the cost of less impressive facilities, over Lincoln, Nebraska.
I like what he's doing already Go Hawkeyes
This is a great video, I’m a big UCF fan and watched the team through all the turnarounds. My grandmother was also the first graduate from UCF.
You should do what if Aaron Hernandez never went to prison.
I live by Orlando, and there are a lot of people (my family included) who aren’t originally from the area. Despite that, everyone roots for UCF and they have made us really proud recently
If this comment gets 1k likes KTO has to change his name to KTGoat
Went to the peach bowl vs Auburn and the first bowl vs LSU was definitely a crazy time to be a UCF student
Yooooooo
Thx for uploading its my birthday thx for the present
"Mediocre... at best"
I see what you did there
?
Lately they have been lights out. Always fun to watch
That 2017 team was the true definition of team work. Everyone doing their parts to be a winning team.
Still so weird to see how a USF-UCF game was no doubt the best game to watch that week, not a lot of group of 5 matchups have ever received that much hype and the game didn’t disappoint
I remember watching that UCF vs USF game absolutely one of the best games I’ve ever seen
Glad to see you back.
Every time I see a KTO vid in my notifications, its a must watch, and not just because the outro music is a total bop
I remember watching that game at the end of the video I want crazy when that last play happened and I'm from Orlando and I still remember that to this day
We are blessed with another video
I don't know how long this took to make, but it was a BANGER
You produce some of the best sports content on YT. The only thing that sucks about your channel is I have to wait so long for the next video to drop :)
