    I own this grinder.
I didn't even know that it has a timer function, but personally I don't think it's that important - I use a scale.
What I find very annoying is the placement of the grind button: you have to grind if you want to change the
setting, which means you have to somehow push this button and turn the wheel at the same time.
Besides from that, it's a reliable grinder.

Do you still have that espresso grinder? Do you still like it? i am looking for an espresso grinder to make an Italian dark roast before 1980s type of espresso . Very creamy. not the watery American type of espresso that is popular now. The Niche 0 will not be available for awhile, i love my Lelit Bianca so i thought i should consider the William for an espresso grind.

    Hi!
Do you know what is the best adjustment for the espresso for this grinder?

It depends upon the make up of the coffee blend. Every coffee is different.

Sorry, every coffee is different. There are thousands of different coffees sold in the marketplace. Just the roaster of this coffee, they do not know the settings for their coffee on every grinder sold on the marketplace. It becomes trial and error. Thanks in advance for understanding.
