Howard University has recently acknowledged that that school had a hand in slavery and is paying back families. There is also a white family that has acknowledged that there family was involved in slavery and still today are benefiting from slavery in the Howard university area
University of Harvard had a hand in slavery . Harvard was built by slaves. Howard University was named after Oliver Otis Howard a Union Army General 1869 he also was the president of the school at that time.
